Above average”

The room is a little dusty and smells mouldy. It is advertised in Agoda that the room itself has a bathtub, but unfortunately you'll have to do with shower. The hot water works for one minute then you'll have to shower with cold water, which is not pleasant since the weather is a little chilly there. The hotel is expanding and next to Bungalow building, there is a new building under construction so there is some noise. We found some dead and living worms in the swimming pool which was a little yucky for us.

Hotel Indah Palace needs improvement”

The Hotel looks good from the outside but it is not clean especially the bathroom (smells bad). The beds are big enough for the three of us, however the bedsheets and blanket are dirty. The food for breakfast is not recommended.

The room is big, with 2 bed, and a living room, comfort for children, but the room is old. the garden is beautiful with roses and little playground for the kids. The hotel located on the entrance road of grojogan sewu, so we can walk there..The receptionist and crew are great, but the breakfast come a little late.

It seems like this hotel hasn't been renovated for quite a long time. The bed's coil is unstable, the shower doesn't work (so we had to asked for a bucket instead).

We had a 2-night reservation, but just couldn't stay the 2nd night, even though it was paid for. The place was terribly dirty--walls, floor, curtains, toilet, even the one tablecloth was filthy. My husband caught and tore his shirt on a nail sticking out in the bathroom doorway. Ants and mosquitoes, no air conditioning. Power went off in our unit during the night so we had no lights and couldn't charge our phones, etc. We've loved most of the places we've stayed in in Indonesia, but not this one!

Aspect extérieur correct et personnel gentil mais draps humides , et literie limite. Fuite des wc dans la salle de bain et du lavabo. A n'envisager qu’après les autres solutions.

gute Architektur, schoener Pool, liegt im Gruenen, kleine Reisfelder im Garten, gutes, junges Hotelteam: wunderbares Huehnersuppe zum Fruehstueck: Speisekarte insgesamt aber knapp: Gute Startmoeglichkeit zum Brome (Start: spatestens 2.00 Uhr nachts, um Sonnenaufgang zu erreichen)

1.pihak hotel memutus kan sepihak keputusan pemilihan kamar...dari kamar bungalow ke kamar biasa tanpa pemberitahuan... 2.di hari ke 2 pihak memberikan opsi pilihan kamar tapi yg tidak sebanding dengan yg sayabpesan diaplikasi yg sebelumnya saya pilih 3.kebersihan kamar saya kasih bintang 1 Untuk kamar sekelas harga 2jt per malem 4.kelengkapan fasilitas...seperti air panas yg tdk berdungsi semestinya meskipun sudah dilaporkan ke petugas....
