High floor rooms!”
I just love the view! Everything is well maintained. Clean and nothing's broken. Swim pool area was small and little bit dirty, breakfast time was kind of crowded and not much attendee to do table clearance.

the place is about 30 mins from ICE BSD, nice room with 3BR and 2 Bath room. we really love the place, as it quite big and the air cond are cold. service was good, however the breakfast was 2/5 sorry to say, as the menu were always empty and it took them really long to serve the new menu. we didnt even get the main menu which served in the hall. too bad

we got a room on 26th floor, from 3 elevator only 1 works. the room looks unmaintained with the balcony door was unable to be locked (no lock mechanism), the wooden plank below the tv is about to crumble, the paints on parts of the wall were damaged caused by rain water that seeped through cracks on the wall, in the living room was smelly, caused by the exhaust fan on the kitchen was unable to run on proper speed (i think). And we needed to face those condition for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff were kind specially Mr Fery who was introduced himself as the chief security there (while i thought he was one of the manager there). bell boys werent always available when i checked in.

I stayed on 29th floor. The carpet in hallways really needs update, they seemed old and dirty. The room was spacious but the details were lacking in quality. Some curtains had the hooks off, or no vitrase. The trash metal can looked so poor, as if it was picked from the roadway. The fridge didn't work at all. Lucky the bed was clean and comfy.

Old hotel, affordable price, friendly staff”
Stayed for 1 night with the kids, took 2 bedroom (apartment type). The room quite spacious with living room, bedroom also spacious, but they all very dusty. Sofa, cabinet, etc is not properly maintain. during peak season, waiting for the lift to come also like forever. Didn't dare to swim, since it looks dirty. Hotel location is good, staff also helpful. However, i won't recommend or stay in this hotel anymore before they have renovation or do something to improve the environment quality.

There is so much not proper things in the room, like broken trash can and jammed sliding door. Like literally you stayed in the very old building.

Not recommended swimming pool”
Called before to inform we’d check in early, they welcomed to use swimming pool while they prepared room. Arrived I asked for swimming towels, Titin (concierge) said we would not be given room towels to subs to swimming towels, WTH???!!! Her sayings was very unprofessional. The swimming pool was dirty, as well as the toilets, building itself is an old used apartment. Food are good, as Horison always in every place!

I was stay because of emergency sutuation (blackout period). The staff quite nice, but the room is very dirty and small. Hot water was cold in the morning. Not pleasant even for emergency stay.
