Travelled with my family of 11 for 2 weeks in Sumatra. Last 2 nights here lovely finish of our holiday. Staff excellent helping us all the time. Buffet breakfast excellent. Only down side was pool, it did not look clean and we did not use. I would here again. Thank you

The staff are friendly and always ready with a smile. The breakfast buffet is tasty and there's a variety of food to choose from. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, though some rooms do not have a place to hang your clothes or have a Safety Box (I think its because the rooms that we booked were adjoining rooms). The hotel is almost an hour away from KNO Airport, but very close to USU if you want to visit your child and/or sibling studying there. It's about 20 mins away from the city area (where the train is). It was my third stay there and I would definitely come back again.

There was a water damage problem in the room I first checked in to. The desk staff was friendly and quickly got me moved into another room. Nice breakfast and overall very helpful staff. Above average facility for a good price.

Pros and cons”
The best thing about this hotel was the location - close to our friends in the Setiabdi area. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The shower had plenary of hot water. The front lobby was small and the large windows made it a hot place to sit. Those windows need solar screens. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a new room when our air conditioning didn’t work upon arrival. The central a/c was controlled elsewhere even though we tried to set the a/c in the room. It was either super cold in the day or hot in the night. We didn’t get coffee packets in our room. The bfast was good but the area was packed with guests. The parking spaces weren’t enough to accommodate guests, especially when there was an event at the hotel.

Hotel was in a good location close to Tasbi. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, hot shower, quiet room on 10th floor, bfast was simple but adequate and you could get an omelette upon request. The only inconvenience was that the TV throughout the hotel stayed broken the whole time we were in the hotel and only 1 of the 2 elevators were operational. Unfortunately that was not ideal during this Covid season to make so many guests crowd into one elevator.
