Beat my expectations by a mile”

We stayed here overnight as we were transiting through surabaya. This hotel is located very close to the airport and was offering their rooms at less than half the price of comparable hotels. And we opted for it Since we were only staying the night. We arrived at the hotel around dinner time and were surprised to know they don't have any arrangements for food. But the staff were very friendly and helped us ring pizza hut and ensured we didn't go hungry. They also took care of our taxi back to the airport for our early morning flight. The rooms were pretty big, clean and were well maintained though I am not in much favor of towels which are anything but white in color.

I may recommend Global Inn to anyone who wants to stay overnight in Surabaya before flying the next day to another destination. No need to go out for dinner, because the food there was really good. The hotel was also quiet, good for resting after a hectic day of the trip.

I booked only 4 hrs before check-in and when I arrived quite happy with the fact that the room is big, the staff also give quick response. In the morning airport shuttle also on time. The only problem is air condition in our room is not work well and surabaya is very hot :( Overall, for One who need a short stay and should depart in early morning, this hotel is highly recommended.

Clean But Many Mosquitoes”

This hotel is actually clean but not enough lighting and the bedsheet is old. It gives gloomy impression to visitor. We checked-in late, spending the night just to be able to catch the earliest flight on the following day. The hotel has enough parking space (not much, just enough for probably 8-10 cars). The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in (and check-out) were fast. We ordered one extra mattress, it was just too thin. The room has many mosquitoes, very annoying for my family. Two bottles of mineral water were given for free. The bathroom was ok, they provided free liquid soap from the soap dispenser nailed to the wall (useful, especially when you need to fly the next morning, the least you wanna do was taking out amenities from your bag). The hotel is adequate for short stay, but not for holiday.

I'm staying in oyo reddoorz group of hotel around surabaya. Only worst hotel I've seen is global inn broken bed unchange blanket pillow covers. If forget to take wallet watch surely you must forget about it. My luck only money and watch gone my passport was unseen to them. If couples plan to stay avoid it your privacy will be screened

It was good considering that compared to other hotels near it, this hotel looked the most spartan. It was, however suitable for a backpacker having a transit in Surabaya who is getting on an early flight in the morning

Good overnight option close to the airport”

Rooms were spacious and clean, air-conditioning worked ok. The common areas were well maintained and clean as well. The building itself is quite old, but not too run-down. Located in a residential area so lots of different options for food.
