Not great, would not recommend”
Very disappointing stay, would not recommend. Firstly Maumere is not very nice, we intended to stay here for a few nights to relax after a busy 2 weeks travelling around Java as we heard Maumere has some nice beaches & places to see. However Maumere is very small so you can walk area the "town" in an hour & see everything, the beaches are not nice (small with black sand & you feel very uncomfortable sunbathing with you as the local attraction). The hotel staff are a nightmare, as we did not want to stay any longer than one night we booked a car to Moni for the next morning & paid that night. In the morning the senior staff who we paid for the car had vanished (no big problem we thought), but after the car was an hour late we started to worry & ask the teenagers (now apparently in charge) where our car was. They made some calls & said "is coming soon", we waited & nothing so asked the teenagers again so they made some calls & said "is coming soon". We did this a few times before we thought we had been ripped of so demanded the senior staff come & we were just laughed at..... After lots of arguing one helpful guy managed to get us our car... luckily we left this place never to return :)

near beach but too far from city”
too far from the city. we can easily find similiar hotel in the city in lower price but without beach view (since the beach on this hotel is not good enough, i think its not a problem). The concept of traditional bungalows made from bamboo is unique, but make it little bit look dirty due to low maintenance i think.

Small rustic hotel in great location ... ”
In Maumere one does not have much choice of hotels or resorts, and none of them reach even 2 stars ... whatever websites say. Here is a small "resort" that really has no star rating at all. But the 5 air conditioned bungalovs are rustic but nice (the 2 small hotel blocks-do not bother!). There is small open air bar / restaurant with patio just above the sea. And serves good local food. And there is even a large conference room. Unfortunately this hotel is 12 kms out of Maumere, but you can rent a scooter to travel. The reall issue here is bad maintenance, non-existing room cleaning during your stay, and a management who does not know how to run a hotel, or how to serve hotel guests. And barely no English spoken (execept by the lady manager). When the manager was away for the day, water was cut ... and on my departure day the promised 05.30 breakfast did not materialize ; nor the sirport transport at 06.00. It was like the keys of the hotel had been left to kids. It took a lot of screaming to het a car to the airport ... 40 minutes after the designated time. So great place, great concept ... badly managed. Simply "no one cares" ... except the lady manager. And she cannot be there 24 by 7.

J ai du laisser la lumiere Au resto, pas tres propre non plus, ils nous ont allumes sur le prix de la biere, vendue 2 fois plus chere que partout ailleus : 75 000 Rp la bouteille. Positiv ist die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand mit tollen Blick auf das Meer. Einfaches aber gutes Essen. Fangfrischer Fisch. Negativ ist uns nichts aufgefallen. Wir hatten Standard Bungalows mit Fan. Wir hatten immer Strom und fliessend Wasser was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Hotel waar weinig tot niks te beleven is, niet dicht bij de stad dus afhankelijk van taxi of auto van hotel, zwemmen is mogelijk maar geen strand om te liggen. WiFi is niet beschikbaar. Voor 1 nacht was het ok

mooie plek,met matige service”
Rustige plek, door het personeel werd vaak niet begrepen wat de gasten wilden.Kregen niet altijd wat we bestelden,er was wel een menukaart in het Engels.Kwaliteit van het eten was wisselend. Ook waren ze erg bezig de gids Angelo te promoten, terwijl wij duidelijk hadden aangegeven geen gids of chauffeur nodig te hebben.

空港からホテルまで遠く、タクシーで７万５千ルピアかかった。 ホテルの周りには店やレストランなどは何もなく、食事はすべてホテルでとった。 早朝チェックアウトのため、レストランの開業時間より前に用意できるといっていたが、チェックアウトの時間になってもスタッフは出てこず、大変だった。

Skøn beliggenhed ”
Hotellet ligger tæt ved vandet, men stranden er ikke særlig god eller velegnet til badning. Værelser er store, sengene er hårde. Tv fungerer ikke, aircon er ikke god. Bruseren var ved at falde af og der kom kun en lille stråle ud. Morgenmaden er noget af det værste vi har oplevet. Betjeningen er uforskammet og det virker som om de ikke gider deres arbejde. Vi kan på ingen måde anbefale dette hotel
