We arrived via coach at Tanah Rata bus station. The hotel is smack in the middle of Brinchang town, a short taxi ride RM15 from the bus station. Checkin was a pleasant experience. It felt like a family welcome, not many hotels still has that welcome feel. We booked a Family Suite, which was nice for 4 of us. Room is super clean with nice floral concept. Badic amenities but complete. There is an elevator so no problems going up to the rooms. Just next door is 7-Eleven and one of the famous restaurant in Caneron for Thai food. Walking to explore the Brinchang town is mere minutes away. We asked for extra pillows and the lady at reception (Cindy) was super helpful. Will definitely return to Flora Plus hotel for our next trip.

Pros: the hotel is in new building, we love the decoration in the room and in the lobby. Equipped with elevator is a plus point if you are travelling with old folks and kids. Rooms are equipped with fans, water heater, kettle, hair dryer. The staff is very helpful and give us a map for all the attraction places around cameron highland. Cons: we stay for 2 nights so in the morning of our second day we asked for housekeeping. But when we get back in the afternoon our room still have not cleaned eventhough they have pick up our towel. But we contact the receptionist and they solve it immediately. We booked a room with window, but the scenery is just a construction site. Not really a pleasant view. Quite hard to get parking because there are many hotel nearby and parking space usually full at night. Overall truly satisfied with this stay. Recommended. And might book this hotel again on our next trip.

Hotel located at the town of Brinchang. There is plenty of parking space at the basement parking. The hotel do provide lift which is super convenient if you staying high floor. The only drawback is the water pressure is too low. The heater do built in with pump but still unable to keep it up. Need to flush toilet twice if you doing big business, if you know what I mean. Will be back.

Nice clean hotel located at Brinchang town”

I just stayed there for a night. Brand new hotel that is strategically located at Brinchang town. The room is spacious and clean. The water pressure at my room is quite low, but not a huge drawback as we are mostly outdoors during the day. Recommended.

Cozy Hotel and welcoming staff .”

Hotel Flora Plus was a pleasant stay, the rooms are very cozy and comfteble . The walls are a little thin, so you here your neighbours very clear . The staff are very helpful and does a lot to make sure everything is alright . Unfortunately the area is a bit quiet, so we decided to spent most of the time in Tanah Rata . We were told the most things happens in the weekends .

Pros: Highly recomended bcs of the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean im so satisfy . The location so strategic and easy access to brinchang. Cons: the room have low sound-profing system, a bit noisy when we can hear anything from the other room. Overall was good 👍🏻

Hotel Flora Plus. Quaint Boutique Hotel”

I love the location, convenient, right in the middle of Brinchang. 7-11, Dim Sum, Chinese Restaurant, just behind the hotel. Shops are all just about 900m away. Room is small, Bathroom, even smaller. Not for those who are used to big rooms. Very nicely decorated lobby. Friendly staffs. Noise is very disturbing from the rear of the hotel, but after 12am, things quietens down, but can hear bathroom flushes from other rooms. Apart from the small room and even smaller bathroom and the noise. we are okay. Recommended for short stays.

I stay in room 802. Room is big enough for 2 persons & come with basic amenities such as tv, kettle, hair dryer etc. Location is very srategic..just walking distance to Brinchang night market and lots of eating places nearby.

Located near a lot of eateries and definitely a plus point if you wanted to visit the Big Red Strawberry Farm and The night market which are all within 5 minutes travel by car. Earplugs recommended for light sleepers as you will hear sounds from the corridor and outside the windows due to echo from the large empty space in the building. Great atmosphere inside the room and creative arrangement. Nice and comfy room best for couples. Highly recommended if you are travelling in pair

Pros: Im okay with the size of the room and bathroom, about same size of my room also. very cosy, my baby loves it. Location is convenience, near 7e n makan (malay/chinese) place.. Cactus valley n big red strawberry just walking distance at the back of hotel . Me and my baby just strolling in the morning to go there (but must be physically fit loh,=P) Cons: a lot of mosquitos during the night, they do provide spray n electric thingy to avoid the mosquito, but you can prepare like lemongrass balm to avoid the mosquitos too, if youre not sensitive to the spray smell, Thats all. TQ

Okay for those travelers who just need a place to sleep overnight.”

The hotel is like a triple storeys shop lot that has been modified to become hotel. The room that we were staying did not have any window view, however it was okay for us since our plan was to visit most of the tourist's places and just sleep for 1 night. Not recommended for those who plan to rest most of the time at the room as it does not have any window view. The room was quite clean if rule out an old stain on the bed sheet (the management could have improve on that). The price might a bit higher during PH, abt RM158 for a room without window. Even though the room is small but it still have a private bathroom attach to it. Free car park but was able to find parking space during our stay (Ramadhan month). Hotel located near to cactus valley/strawberry farm and some chinese steamboat restaurants. 8-10mins drive to Golden Hill for pasar malam. ~20mins drive to Tea Boh plantation. Overall it was okay.

Good location and clean hotel at berinchang town”

Can walk to berinchang town for food, big red strawberry farm, pasar pagi at walking distance, plenty parking space, but may need to park basement car park at night. Hotel room is very clean, I like it. but noise insulation just like others budget hotel, when the room beside open the door, it sound like someone open my door. water pressure at basin is not so good, but shower heater have pump so consider okay when you shower.

Nice boutique hotel”

I'm Glad I had chosen this Hotel. Hotel newly open a month ago with nice gardening deco. It is cozy & exceptional clean. Wifi & bath towel provided Door step to 711 convenient store. My family & I had a good chat with hotel staffs. When we checked up, it was raining heavy. Hotel staff - Mui soon offered to send us to the bus station. We were so grateful & strongly believed we chosen the right Hotel.

Well maintained hotel but its not value for money, not worth for its price. The hotel management should invest in a couple of essential tools such as phone, mini fridge, face towel. The most important one is invest in a ceiling fan. The management probably think that its cold in Cameron but its not. Comes midnight its already stuffy. We have to closed the windows due to the opposite construction with its dust flying around. Low water pressure. Have to go through a routine to make sure water is flowing before switching on the heater for the heater pump to work. Poor room insulation. You will hear children running around from the next room and adults talking.

Second time staying here and we love everything (room very clean,easy to park our car just in front of the hotel,strong wifi,good well trained staffs and always smile,and most important location near to walking distance food stall,KFC,7Eleven and night market/pasar tani)..will come back for sure..

For Deluxe Queen Room type is just nice and reasonable price for couple. Staff was good and friendly. The place was clean and creatively decorated. On going construction near the hotel was so annoying and making the view looks bad. Overall the hotel is good and nice. Thanks.

Extremely small family room”

I'm not expect much from a budget hotel. But for RM288, the room is very small. Imagine, to walk also very hard. The space between bed and wall consider walkway, a wall mounted tv take 30% of walkway and if not careful you going to hit the tv when walk from one end to another. Many times my kids accidentally hit the tv. Please forget to bring take away food from famous 'pasar malam' because there is no chance to eat in the room even if only to sit down on the floor while eating. There is no space at all. The hotel maybe okay for solo traveller but definitely no-no for a family. The thing good about the hotel are front desk lady and decoration.

Spacious. Easy for muslim to pray. Very very very friendly staffs. He explained the nearest atrraction, opening time & when the best time to go. Got elevator. Many parking(basement). Near food stall. Got 7e. Water pressure not bad. Got stand fan. New hotel.

Above average”

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite small and the bathroom is tiny. You cannot shower comfortably. The beds are quite hard. There were lots of noises because the walls are very thin. There was a family with small children next door to us, but it sounded like they were in the room with us. There is a mall being built right next to the hotel. This means a lot of construction-noise during the day. The dining options are limited in Brinchang. If you want more options consider staying in Tanah Rata.
