nice hotel in convenient location”

The Hotel du Leman is 1 block away from the Folies Bergere, so access to tourist attractions and public transportation is easy. Our standard room had a very comfortable bed and pillows as well as a nice shower. The room itself was a bit compact, but we managed without complications because we had small suitcases (by the way, the lift is also quite small). We enjoyed the flat-screen TV with international programming and appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. The room had a refrigerator mini-bar and safety-deposit box, and we liked the bathroom amenities. We had requested early check-in and our room was not ready when we arrived, so staff at reception stored our luggage until later. All staff members with whom we interacted were courteous and professional, and overall we were very pleased with our choice. We will consider this property again for future trips to Paris!

the frontdesk lady was very helpful with directions and taxi arrangement and was very friendly too. the hotel is quite clean and it is not far from metro station. surrounded by many cafe and not hard to get around. room was a little bit small but it is pretty normal in paris. will come back if i ever visit paris again.

Had a good 3-night stay. Location was good, easy to navigate and walk to public transport. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. A small lift had been installed, especially important for those with heavy luggages. The double room was small but well-furnished. Quite clean and daily room service. Simple tea and coffee provided. However, no blanket was provided, may be it was summer. A tower fan was provided but too short. No toothbrush and toothpaste (just like many hotels in Europe). Window was facing the back alley, thus no privacy. Overall, had a good stay. Value for money.

Pros: great location, very close to metro & eaterys, warm room (we went in winter), lady receptionist was very helpful & kind. Cons: breakfast not great, some rooms are very small, elevator tiny (fits 1 suitcase & person).

Lovely hotel”

There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel. Some people might think that the lift is too small but I was OK with it. It just fits two people or one person and luggage.

Very tiny suites!”

Extremely tiny suites, even the elevator can only fit 2 people or 1 person + luggage. Although not sure if this is the norm in Paris. The room walls are also thin so you can easily hear the neighbors if they're loud.

Cramped, shoddy, unfriendly & rude”

This is a bad hotel. The room was tiny, and the bed the worst you could ever sleep on - so hard I was in agony all night. The staff are rude, and check on you, and are judgemental. I got a fairly cheap deal, but it was not worth it for this cheap, tiny, uncomfortable room with rude staff. Stay away

We were arranged on the top floor, it was quiet sultry in the room during summer, being no air-conditioning, they provided a standing fan to us, but at the mid-night, it became cold and easily to get flu.

La ubicación muy buena pero la habitación puede mejorar”

El edificio es bastante antiguo (es Paris, la mayoría de edificios son así) sin embargo creo que necesita renovación, se escuchan los pasos en el pasillo y las conversaciones en las habitaciones contiguas. La cama no era confortable. Sin embargo por el precio es aceptable.

Excelente ubicación”

Realmente todo fue positivo, excepto por una cuestión que empañó la estadía. La habitación y su mobiliario era ,ás que agradables, la ubicación genial. Pero me tocó una semana de calor agobiante y no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo, solo nos dieron un turbo ruidoso, que no servia practicamente para refrescar el ambiente y así se hizo muy odioso dormir o incluso descansar en la habitación. Lamentablemente por ese detalle, no lo recomendaria en épocas de verano. Bien la atención, bien todo. Una pena el calor.

L'hôtel est bien situé à un saut de puce des grands boulevards. Le personnel de réception est adorable. La chambre est bien agencée toutefois quelques bémols : - un éclairage bien trop faible - la fenêtre d'un autre âge est plein de moisissures - la petite bouteille d'eau à 2euros mériterait d'être offerte à l'arrivée
