THE BEST PLACE TO STAY”
The room was very pleasant, it was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed us the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On our next stays, we will definitely check into Hotel Dreamtel again.

Awesome ”
The hotel is strategically located next to Padang Merdeka where the transportation to Kinabalu Park was located. Room is cleaned and facilities are great too. Staff are friendly and approachable. They serves local and western food for breakfast which is included during our 3 days stay. We had a wonderful stay here.

Nice place”
Everything was great. Variety of food during breakfast. The staff were very helpful and kind. There parking space front of hotel, there's nearby 7-eleven. The location was a tad far to shopping complex or attraction place if you're on foot. There's taxi available front of the hotel. If you happen to stay on Sunday, there's morning market at Gaya Street nearby that you have to check out. Anyway it's a great place for stay.

For £35 a night, room was clean quiet and convenient, 15 min walk from the jetty and 5 mins to the middle of KK. A totally fantastic breakfast inc bean coffee.. if your looking for a great place to stay 100% recommended.

I gave 5 stars because the staff is very helpful and friendly. Having problem my door, they fixed it right away. The room quite clean and spacious. It’s in the heart of KK, everything is walking distance.

Really good value for money”
Location was excellent, just a stone throw's away from Gaya Street. The room was comfortable, wifi good. A really nice touch with giving out guest souvenirs. Breakfast was average, but we missed out on the omelette station and noodle bar, because they were located outdoors to the restaurant and we didn't notice it earlier. We'd like to highlight a young man named Donald (we're unsure if he was a kitchen staff or trainee), he seemed very dedicated to providing top notch hospitality - we noticed it when we asked for some chilli in sauce. Kudos!

Great stay”
I enjoyed staying at Dreamtel and it is very near to the city centre. The breakfast is mainly focused on Asian tourists, but you get eggs, toast, fruits, cornflakes and muffins as well. Very quiet at night, but I could hear the sound of the elevator through the door. Very helpful stuff, even received a welcome drink.

We arrived early from Airport around 9am. 1. Thanks to reception staff. helpful to keep our luggage first. We walk around look for breakfast before check-in. 2. We get really nice room (Triple) great view, good AC, great Wifi. good cleanliness. 3. Breakfast good. 4. We managed to get public transport to Kinabalu park infront hotel. The public transport just infront of hotel. (you can go Kudat, Ranau & others town) 5. looking forward to stay here again in future.

Its really recommended! The staffs really helpful, near padang merdeka. 5mins walk to gaya street. Very quiet at night, nice breakfast and lots of food. Full time available menu at the cafe, well of course its not free, only breakfast. Will stay here soon. Last but not least, cool channels tv.

Overall is quite good. The staff are friendly, the environment is comfortable. Just a thing make us feel disappointed regarding the free breakfast. It was a Sunday, and I notice quite a lot of guests. The breakfast should be in buffet style. The 'make order' style of breakfast also show us not enough of waiters can serve us, a bit mess but still controllable. I wish to have improvements on my next trip. Thanks for the warm hospitality during our stay in 😉

First Time Here, No Regret At All! Awesome Place!!”
Dreamtel was not in our minds at all at first when we were considering a place to stay in KK. While doing price comparison of several familiar hotels, suddenly the name Dreamtel popped up on the screen. The price quoted with the services provided got our attention and we decided to give it a try. We stayed for 3 nights and to our surprise, everything was beyond our expectation. In fact, Dreamtel is way better than any other hotels we stayed in KK before. For the price, breakfast was great for us. We will definitely stay here again when we visit KK in the future. Keep up the good job Dreamtel KK. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Budget Stay”
With a cost of S$50 a night, this place is a steal. Why? Because there are a variety of fresh asian cooked food, bread corner and two outside fresh cooked stations. Room is new and clean. Location is super near Gaya street and pharmacies. The only improvement is that they have to clear the shower drains, else when you start bathing, the shower area starts to get flooded

The room was big enough for 3 of us. Very clean and the service was good. The receptionists are sweet and polite. Breakfast was great too. Location is very near to Sunday market and there were night markets too. Airport bus is just in front of the hotel. So don't worry. The fare is only Rm5 pertrip to the airport and vice versa.

1. Reception friendly. Warm greeting from Saiful & helpful. 2. We keep luggage at hotel storage for hiking Mount. Kinabalu. 3. Room view awesome, AC good, Wifi great, Cleanliness good. 4. Unfortunately our room 512. The Bathroom cannot lock from inside. The smoke detector with masking tape. We had inform Reception upon check-out. 5. looking forward to stay here again.

Parking on public parking spots. Breakfast was ok at best. Place was clean. Room was nice and clean. No problems. There are no private ironing boards just communal ones. There is a convenience store nearby.
