Great staff running a clean, nice hotel”
Went to Aparri days after typhoon Lawin passed through and to our surprise they had both power and internet at the hotel. Great staff and the food in the attached restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. There is a nice area at the back of the property that has a large pool and cabanas. The owner is into motorcycles and music and has a few pristine motor bikes and mountain bicycles on display along with a grand piano , drum set and guitar. The rooms were clean and the ac worked great. Would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money”
Took the Grand Executive suite and had a great stay. The only frustration is with breakfast. If you pre-order with a time they prepare in advance and any "hot" items are no longer hot. If you order when you arrive for breakfast be prepared for a long wait. Doesn't matter if few or many waiting. Still it is the only place to stay in Aparri.

Expensive”
this place was expensive for my stay, 25 days, booked through Agota, hotel does not have it`s own website, but when i arrived was told to wait as my room was not ready, was first shown a crap room, ask for a better room, ok, i latter checked the small air-conditioner and found it was full of dirt and mould, told them to clean it, this took about 3 hours, while they left me sweating in the lobby, ok it was cleaned and working good now, about 14 days later it stopped working and was fixed with in 2 hours new capacitor , I had the free breakfast bacon and eggs everyday, but you could not eat the bacon on most days as it was too tough to chew. the orange juice is just Tang. I would not recommend going into Aparri at night as the teenage boys carry knifes in their pants, the Hotel Security took 2 knifes of 2 boys at the hotel front gate i seen on one night. Pool, your guest have to pay, also if you want shade you have to pay 150 pesos, rip off. there is no free room up grade offered

Needs Improvement”
The silver lining was that they have friendly and courteous staff - not all of them - but they have good ones that made our stay pleasant. The facilities, however, left much to be desired. Either they had a major construction fail that they should sue their contractor (we were told it was newly renovated), or they are just lousy at maintaining the hotel: (i) the room's ceiling was leaking. we were on the second floor of a 3 floor building so whatever was leaking was surely not rainwater; (ii) the room's toilet was clogged, we had to use the toilet in the unoccupied smaller room across the hall; (iii) the bathroom sink drained through an open pipe into the floor drain, so you can see the dirty water from the sink fall to the floor; (iv) they had a water heater in the bathroom's shower, but the water pressure was so weak it was impossible to actually use the shower. We had to ask for a pail and bucket/tabo to 'gather' the hot water from the shower, and bathe mano-mano. For the 'free' breakfast, we chose the longanissa meal - consisting of 2 sausages the size of my thumbnail, one sorry looking miniature dried fish, and 2 eggs. It tasted good, but you have to order another set if you want a real meal. Agoda should provide alternatives. This hotel is the only one that pops up when you search for hotels in Aparri. Surely, this is not the best that the town has to offer.

For backpackers it's a bang for the buck, but if your not one I suggest you go to a different hotel. Staff were friendly enough, they greet you every time they see you. Food was okay and affordable. The room we stayed in was clean and even though the bathroom did not have a separate toilet and shower it was clean. We also had a hot and cold shower, which was amazing because I did not expect that. The room was big enough for two. Keep in mind though that this is far. Their pool area is pretty and they also have a jacuzzi. Pool area was also clean and organized. I would recommend this to travelers who wants to travel and have a tight budget or who does not mind how a place would look like.

Not worth it”
No refrigerator. I had my own cooler but was charged about 5 times the normal price for small ice. The toilet paper container was broken. The lid to the toilet was loose---very loose. And when the toilet was flushed water came onto the floor. Obviously the toilet bowl was cracked. There was toilet paper. It was on the bench next to the bed?? The wiring to the hot water system was dangerous...I received a small electric shock from it. Wi-fi? Not available in the room. If one wanted to use it then one had to go to the lobby with others. But the staff were very polite. Never again.

Only if 2 hours drive is too much”
Apparently the best hotel in Aparri. The only reason to visit Aparri is on business, but if you have no relation to stay with and 2 hours drive from Santa Ana is too much then you have little choice but to stay at this place. The staff do the best they can with a hotel neglected in every way by the owner.

Not recommended unless you have to”
The hotel is run down needs renovation and is not functional for guests. For example the bathroom drainage was in the entry of the bathroom so if you look a shower you flooded the whole bathroom including the toilet area. Last day we were told that there was no water for shower because the hotel was busy. No accommodation or options were given to us. Thank god our friends occupied a room in a different building so we could have a shower. Overall staff was nice but I would not recommended the place.

very pleasant our stay. Ensure when saying the kitchen is open on certain hours has to stick with it and clarify what is been served. Mostly restaurant staff needs more training. very slow service. Ensure food is serves hot and follow what was the order. My husband walk out many times been ignored nobody went to ask him and waited long somebody to come. he told me to go with him because he has been ignored when I'm not there with him.

Disappointing”
We paid for a Twin Superior De Luxe however, when we got there, the room is not available. They placed us instead in a matrimonial deluxe, which is their cheapest room and just gave us an extra bed. We requested for refund for our money but they told us that we don't have any since they already provided us with an extra bed wherein it will be the same cost as our original booking.
