I was upgraded to a king-sized bedded room at check-in as my assigned queen deluxe room had problems. I loved the big space and the big and really thick bath towels. The room had electric kettle jug, iron/ironing board, soap/shower cap, even a separate dressing table. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful with questions. Lots of eateries within short walking distance, with one 24-hour place. Wifi was unstable but generally ok for my room location. The only two things I didn't really like were that the curtains had to remain drawn as the window was by a balcony and the windows had to be securely closed at all times and that my upgraded room was on a lower floor and faced the main street which got especially noisy on Friday night with some place blaring loud music. But overall, it was really value for money at the Agoda rate I paid.

very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and in a centralized location. we arrived at 2 am and were greeted by a wonderful girl with perfect english skills. all the staff proved to be top notch throughout our three night stay. thank you all and see you again next year!

Excellent hotel with well equipped rooms”
The room had a kettle, fridge, desk and sufficient space to be a comfortable home from home for 5 days. Being in the center you are handy for malls, restaurants and not far from the waterfront. The staff are wonderful.

My mother satisfied with the hotel room and service. Clean and have good space to move around. Some modern hotel are too small and Its hard to breath (if u know what i mean) overall its nice, and we will come back soon!

In front of this hotel is Centre Point Mall, and there is a night market where u can find cheap local foods behind this hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful, one even help order a grab for me to the airport. i really appreciate the help. I wish all the best for this hotel during this pandemic time.
