Great Location; rooms are small but comfortable”

The main features of the hotel are: location and price. The hotel is very close to many Paris attraction (la tour Eiffel, les Invalides, etc.) and very close to a metro station. The neighborhood is simply excellent: this is Paris!

Amazing location - everything you need ”

Amazing stay. We stayed for 2 nights when visiting Paris. It is so close to the Eiffel Tower, sadly we did not get a room with a view but it was incredible to be so close. Most things are in walking distance. Cafes around the corner. The hotel is clean and has all amenities you need for a short stay. It is rather old however it has everything.

good hotel for typical Paris trip!”

If your going to Paris to site see and on a standard budget this hotel is perfect! We got there room was ready early so we dumped our stuff went off all day come back showered and ready and went out for the evening, come back slept (very comfortably) woke up and left, I assume this would be others typical city break to paris. There was a code lock safe in the room very easy to use. We was very happy with our stay at this hotel for what we paid.

l'alma was great ”

it was my first trip on my own, and everything was perfect for me comfortable , safty , suitable room size, and employee's service was great. i was almost on a trip by foot , so l'alma was the greatest for me more^^ thanks

great price and great location”

although the hotel is a bit small, the price and the location are excellent. really close to the eiffel tower, and bus 69 passes by the street in front of the hotel, and the metro station is in walking diastance of 5 min.

this 3 stars hotel is located in near the Ecole Militaire Metro station, near the Eiffel Tower too, i think this hotel has the best price for this convenience, we met 3 receptionist staff during our 2 nights stay, they really helpful. but this hotel doesnt have any waiting area, for you that might to come earlier, you better find nearby cafe to wait

Lovely hotel in a great street for restaurants”

We had a fantastic stay, the Effiel Tour was a block and a half away, the street was full of fantastic restaurants. Easy walk to Le Motte Piquet markets. Metro station Ecole Militare very close. The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

Great location”

Great location in my favorite neighborhood in Paris. Close to metro stop, Eiffel Tower and my favorite restaurant. Shops just at the corner for fresh juice and croissants. Would stay again.

Superb location, comfortable stay”

the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the eiffel tower and very conveniently located. there is a great market just around the corner and convenience stores near by. a 10 minute walk from the metro station, it is easy to reach and travel from. the rooms were small but comfortable with a good level of cleanliness. the verandah at the back is great for eating breakfast/dinner in. hotel staff was not very friendly, but that's irrelevant because you only deal with them at check-in/check-out. they were kind enough to store our bags on the day of arrival and departure. an excellent choice overall for the money we paid.

Great location but terrible staff”

We had a 2-day stay at Hotel De l'Alma along with a group of 3 other friends. The hotel is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and other great cafes. However the rooms are very small and even basic amenities like tissue boxes and dustbins were missing from our room. Worst part of our stay was the gentleman receptionist who was on duty in the second half of the day. He was not only curt and rude while answering our queries, but actually asked me if I was stupid and understood what he was saying. Moreover, he misbehaved with us and our group on several occasions when we were returning from and wanted to head out for a late night out. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to any group of young people or young couples simply for how stuckup and unhelpful the staff is.

Good location, Friendly staff,Kindly price,Cleaning room every day. There is heating in the room. There is some questions about lift.Bathroom is a little bit small and is uncomfortable to take a shower. All in all, that is good for living.

Only stayed for a night. The hotel pictures of the model room are nice but don't reflex the actual rooms but still clean, staff are very friendly, bathroom excellent, and the location is perfect to see all the sites

Excellent location”

This hotel has an excellent location to go anywhere where is convenient and safe. There are many shops, café, and restaurants in this area.

Budget hotel ”

Budget hotel with a very convenient location . There is no air condition in this hotel,therefore it might not be a good choice for a lot people during a hot summer. Tower fan provided did not create enough of an air movement to feel a difference during a hot weather. Room number 24 is fitted with a new sink and toilette, but condition of floor tiles , shower curtain and wall ceramic tiles in a bathroom are in such a bad state that it gives a feel of being a dirty place. Pillow covers and bed sheets were clean but blankets and bed covers condition could improve. Condition of bathroom tiles, shower curtain and bed covers give an impression of not being a clean place at all . With a little improvement in these areas it would be a nice budget hotel. Overall, the hotel is OK to stay for a night or two just do not plan to spend any time inside except of sleeping. However, if you are used to staying in places with minimal flawlessness spend extra money and look somewhere else.
