Lovely, clean hotel”

Stayed at the Banville for 6 nights while vacationing in Paris and really enjoyed my stay. Well located hotel on both the metro 3 line and the RER C line which made getting around Paris easy and economical. Would have liked to have a few more restaurants open in the evening for dinner but I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Loved the stay”

Amazing staff. They’ go extra mile to help. Boulangerie, pharmacies, metro all near and easy access around paris. Sadly could not try tue breakfast since we woke up past 10. Dooms as expected are tiny but this is paris. No iron in the room but when asked was available. Of u are travelling with kids make sure to ask staff remove an adult channel prior. We did have some disturbance from a neighboring room cause my child was taking on the phone and somehow it did disturb but all this was resolved by just simple talk. Overall great stay.

Comfortable, clean, accomodating hotel.”

Our hotel stay was lovely. We were given a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival as we were celebrating my birthday. Hotel staff is very accommodating with any requests or questions. Room was small, but typical for Paris. We had a view of the Eiffel tower on the 6th floor with a small balcony. The only problem I had with the room (minor) was the bathroom set up. The shower - needed to be re-grouted and the sink had a funky faucet that didn't come far enough into the sink, so water went everywhere at times. And it wasn't a separate bathroom set up, so if someone was using the bathroom (middle of the night) the light would be on and wake up the other person. Bed was super comfortable - we slept great. The hotel is located in an upscale residential area (17th) with loads of great restaurants and bakeries/cafes. We'd stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Hotel”

The hotel is charming, 3 minutes walk from the metro station, you can find everything you want around the hotel, friendly staff and cozy hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to go to Paris.

Romantic trip away ”

This was a romantic trip away for my girlfriends 21st birthday, at first impressions the hotel seemed about dim and small from the outside but that’s what most hotels in Paris are like.. the rooms are brilliant they are cosy and are probably perfect for a couple with not a lot of luggage. The breakfast we heard was good we didn’t try ourselves but the staff on reception well.. we asked a man on reception if he could try and get us a taxi to Disney land Paris as due to the metro strike all over France was the only option, we went down about 9pm and he rang us back at 11.30 when we was asleep which then he gave us a price off 200 euros return and said it’s a good price which is normally 300 euros which is laughable because we did some research online and that taxis cost from 60-70 euros each way to Disney land which is exactly what we did. Moral of the story is don’t believe in everything they tell you find out for yourselves. Location wise was very good it was right next to a Metro.

What a fantastic hotel. The mobile phone they give you for walking the streets of Paris was wonderful. You can also call the hotel if you got lost. Will definitely return soon.

Nice hotel with nice size rooms (specially for Paris) Location is good for those not willing to be in the city center but still a close walk To champs elysee Breakfast was 19 euros really a shame so if not included better to have a coffee outside

Great Stay”

Couldn't ask for a better city break hotel. The staff were fabulous. We loved it. Our room was just great, nice and relaxing. Although not in the city centre it was nice to come back to after a long day and not be woken up early. We used the metro which was just up the road. Would definitely return.

Wonderful stay”

Very close to the subway station, about 5 min walk. A friendly English speaking receptionist was there to greet us, and luckily we got our room before check-in time, very helpful to jet lag. Room was clean and nice in a proper size.All the other staff there were very genial, we had a good stay.

Great Hotel but some small details”

The hotel was clean, comfortable. However, it seems to be going through a management change, as the evening staff were temps and clueless. There was no body lotion at all, and I needed some. The staff on friday and saturday day time and evening plus housekeeping, said "we dont provide any". This is of course strange for a 4* hotel. On Sunday at checkout, we met the manager and she apologised, and said they do provide body lotion plus hair conditioner! Clearly housekeeping has some minor issues. She explained the hotel was passing from one management to another, hence these issues. She refunded the mini-bar charge in lieu of this omission, and so I was okay with that. Overall, would definitely stay there again. All else good.. a quaint hotel.. if they can sort their staffing out :-)

Our stay was very pleasant. No complaints about service or room. Boutique hotel so small and friendly. Plain but fresh room interior. Sheets of high quality and very comfortable four poster bed.

Good not bad”

The hotel is litte far from Champs-Élysées u need to walk more than 30 minutes . The area surrounding the hotel is quite not like the center . The room furniture is old and the bathroom is separated from the toilet. You can hear the voice of next room and the water from using the bathroom. The hotel is over rated and the photos is not like the reality.

Lowest price among over price lodgings”

Nothing special while I was staying here. Although some improvement can be clearly made to increase guest comfort while staying over, such as: 1. Partition between wash basin and shower should be extended. Every time I finished showering, I ended with soak floor because it could not fully prevent water to spread out. 2. 32 inch TV instead of 16 inch computer LCD. Considering this hotel only have around 50 rooms, i believe refurbishing their TV set won't set this hotel much and will provide more comfortable viewing experience in their room after travelling around for an entire day.
