Dafam Hotel Pacific Caesar is nice hotel at kenjeran Surabaya, with design minimalis hotel and bright lighting at lobby hotel make to feel good. cleanliness room and anywhere hotel area is very good. comfort bed of quality much better to have quality better sleep for us.... only faciliteas for little sport I don't have in Dafam Pacific Caesar (Swimming pool or just treatmeal room.....

Worth for money”
We already asked for non smoking rooms but the hotel give us only one room non smoking room and the hotel insisted cause from Agoda they never received a note about our request. But overall the hotel it's nice, clean and very comfortable except for the breakfast still need improvement.

who said that the breakfast wasn't good? it has cereal, Indonesian foods, and really nice foods overall. The room is spacious and really comfy. A lot of TV channels. But we can still hear our room neighbors a little.... would definitely be back! it is a great hotel.......

Overall good but bad breakfast”
The hotel is good, near from shopping mall and foodcourt.. parking area is very big.. for the deluxe room which i order with double bed is big enough, but the floor a little bit dirty (there some oil near the bed). The double bed is twin bed they make it to become 1 double bed, which is not very good. Last for the breakfast is sooooo bad, there's no cereal or milk, fried rice hard and taste is not so good.

Hotel is good,comfort,clean.. it’s just the house keeping not that good, toilet tissue already empty and they not put new one, only change 1 towel, not clean trash on toilet only clean it on the room. Breakfast poor, not getting any refill when it’s already empty

Very poor breakfast”
Please work out your breakfast menu..., it was very poor in taste and varians. We have our breakfast time at 8.00 AM ... almost all plates was empty... I asked the staff wether the plates will be load or ? they said the foods were sold out because they were having a huge group ...????? so what ????

Smelly and dirty room”
This time was the 2nd I stayed here. The 1st, I booked 2 rooms and one of them a little bit smelly. The 2nd time, I asked for non smoking, but they gave me the smoking one because the hotel was full. There was spider wed on the wall, no hairdryer, the towels were shabby. The breakfast was not good. But the staff were very nice and helpfull.
