We had the most amazing stay. The staff was amazing and so helpful.”

Unfortunately, we were in Europe during the Covid-19 virus situation. We booked a stay at Hotel Cordelia last minute. The hotel was perfectly located, close to many metro stations and walking distance to tourist attractions. The staff were all amazing. We encountered difficult situations and they were always ready to help us in any way. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. During our last couple of nights, most restaurants and grocery stores were closed. We were able to buy some food, which the hotel kindly let us use their kitchen and microwave. They were super kind. The housekeeping was extremely efficient and the staff were so courteous. I definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely stay at this hotel if I was to visit Paris again. Thank you again for all your help during our stay and the unfortunate situation that was happening.

We loved everything about this cute boutique hotel. Location was the best. there's parking on & surrounding streets. Would stay again next time we're in Paris.

Good location about 5 minutes walk from St Lazare ”

nice clean hotel but probably worth per night even in high summer in paris. the room was small but comfortable, my room on the 5th floor (there is a lift) had a balcony but i think that it's only this floor has. although in a back street, it is not quiet being opposite 2 small theaters and a brasserie that was open until past 1 am on the saturday night i stayed there. breakfast is not included, it's euro's extra for a buffet. i didn't bother, there are many cafe's in the area! i've rated the restaurant as 3 as you have to give a score - i didn't eat there but it looked ok.

Nice and convenient hotel”

It is a nice and convenient hotel with good customer services. It is just around 5 minutes walking distance from metro station and the printemps which s very convenient. There is lift assess so no worry about the luggage. Also there is unlimited free wifi assess inside the bedroom. It is a hotel that I highly recommended.

Perfect location for tourists”

Famous attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are caring and lovely. I felt they care much about hygiene. But during my stay(Aug.2020), just right across building of hotel was under construction, so too loud noise beat me from every early morning.

Superb location easily accessible, friendly staff, clean and modern looking room with reasonable size, surrounded by restaurants serving amazing food and bars. Only thing I’d criticise is the noise I could hear at night from the crowd at the bar right opposite and the garbage trucks early in the morning. If u are sensitive to noise, you may not want to pick this place. Otherwise go for it!!

Clean and cozy stay”

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. I love the interior. The hotel location is perfect, near metro station and it's easy to reach.

fresh room, hotel under renovation”

Liked room and bed. New phone sounded buzzer every two hours so sleep was interrupted all night. Not obvious how to stop. Manager unconcerned for sleep loss. Other staff were helpful at check in. Renovations started before 8:00 a.m. would try again after renovations are completed only.

Quiet and lovely hotel”

The renovation works will be carry out very shortly so that it must be a new one in very short future. The location is good, close to the metro Medaline and the Roissy Bus terminal - Opera station. But make sure you have to read the map carefully. The staffs are ok except an Oriental man with a relatively fair attitude in compare with the locals. Overall is good and thank you.

Honeymoon Trip”

Good initiative to send questionnaire to travellers to cater to their needs. Information, direction provided was clear but should have send out to Travellers earlier as internet access was limited to travellers to check email. Could have miss it if you seldom check your mail during travelling. Staff was friendly and attentive. Lift could be improved to accommodate travellers with luggage.
