Great service”

We left a phone and an adapter after checking out. The Hotel staff called us to inform us of the situation. As we were already half way to our next destination, the staff helped to organise courier service to get the phone to us. Excellent service! Much appreciated Hotel Colline. Will definitely stay there again during my next trip to Dalat.

Best location, good hotel”

Best location, good hotel. If this hotel has a swimming pool, it will be one best hotel in DaLat. When i come in this hotel, I look forward to using spa service. Unluckily, it is closed to maintain. If price is the same as our booking period, i will come back this place. Because it is the best convenient.

What a lovely trip!”

Honestly, I really love this hotel. Its location is very convenient, you can easily take a walk to the Dalat market and Xuan Huong lake. All the facilities are new and modern, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet here. The staff is professional and friendly, the room view is magnificent, although the room size is a bit small, it is cozy and lovely. I will come back to this hotel soon.

Value for money ”

The hotel is brand new and location is in the central of the city. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I like the room design. I will stay in this hotel if I visit Dalat again.

Dalat market just behind the hotel, good location. Hotel is newly built and room is clean. One thing not good is the water temperature, not very stable, can be very hot and also can be cold.

A new hotel, near Dalat market and Thành Bưởi bus stop”

This is a new hotel so everything is in good condition. Breakfast is good. Car parking lot is at floor 2 and is not really large. If you want to explore Dalat centre, this is a good choice, the traffic nearby is very crowded though.

Great location and value for money”

Best if you want a central location. I saved a lot on transportation this time with this location. However the amenities were not quite up to a 4-star standard. I took a junior suite but it felt a bit empty. I also thought there was a mall under the hotel but actually it was a market so a bit smelly sometimes when you get there. BTW they offered food and drinks at a good price and the quality was not bad.

Modern but noisy and not so good maintained hotel”

Hotel Colline is nicely situated in the Center of Dalat and quite modern as it is not so old. But it seems when it was built the noisy environment (nearby market, general loud traffic) was not taken into account as even in the highest 10th floor we were able to hear all of this clearly. Luckily we are not so sensitive while sleeping, therefore it was not our biggest issue. We had more problems with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and the staff also forgot to make up our room after the first night. One other strange thing: there were several transparent duct tape leftovers on the ceiling and walls. Maybe from some past decoration which wasn’t removed properly? Overall it is sad that a hotel with such a modern interior is maintained badly. That’s not our expectation of 4 star standard. But to conclude we were able to sleep well and the breakfast buffet also fulfills most wishes.

The hotel is excellent choice for staying”

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was an outstanding stay! The hotel is newly built and everything is running smoothly even it was just their pre-opening period. The services they are carrying out is great. The staffs, especially FO staffs, were super helpful throughout the pre-arrival, staying and departure state. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are planning to visit Da Lat as the location is convenient for everything, even if you have nothing planned ahead, you can still walk around have everything you needed.

DA lat ”

First time been to dalat. I love the hotel, room are big and clean. Near yo night market. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Only thing I hate most is NON SMOKING ROOM

Lack of noise cancellation in the room”

I booked 3 nights at this hotel and this is my review. I rarely do review unless there are some improvements needed: The hotel is quite new at a very convenience location for travellers/tourists. But it has some failures in the building itself as well as in the front desk team. While I was checking in, I was in the line behind a person. There were 3 persons at front desks in which 1 person is helping the one in front of me. Other 2 persons didn’t ask me if I need help checking in or not. Suddently another person came by and said out loud I need check in and the front desk help her and I was like whatttt? I was here!!! Then she apologized me but still told me to wait until she finished helping the new person!?! I booked the room 620 which is located on 6th floor but there was absolutely no noise cancellation when there was a wedding party near by which made a lot of noise into the room. The cleaning staff is quite slow too. I asked them to make up the room while I was out before 11 AM and when I came back at around 4 PM, the room was still the same. Later on I left at around 5 and checked again on cleaning staff they said yes they have my room on the list?!? In which the room was made up very late later. Not to mention in the morning at around 9 AM, they talked and talked and talked over walkie talkie a lot and out loud which woke us up! This wasn’t a short talk, but it was like continuously for a long period! So sad the hotel is new and the location is great but I may not coming back in the future.

Everything is good. But have no turdown service with big hotel like this need to improve so far. How ever i love to stay here every come to dalat. Ths Mr Trung for your suggestion.

Overall Great”

Front Desk Staff overall very attentive and polite. Especially Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh, helps us to arrange for day tour and airport transport. However, the housekeeping staff need to do a better job as the toilet bowl and floor was not clean. The bed sheet was not change throughout our 5 days stay. Location of the hotel is great.

The plus factor of Hotel Colline is its proximity to the wholesale market. Just next to hotel. Front desk staff very friendly. However like to point out that Rm 407 has woody smell in the room. Must open the balcony door to ventilate.
