Superb Location, Great Rooms, Classic Furnitures”

claridge is very near to champs elysees. very close to luxury brand boutiques. so ladies, alert, stay away from the boutiques. the room is small though, but u will bear with the small room. it is europe anyway. bath tub is a very luxury thing in europe hotel, but the shower is superb. if u dont mind paying 19euro for hotel breakfast, just walk to nearby cafe and you will pay much less for your breakfast. inside your room, hotel will give you 1 bottle compliment only. so before you back to your room, get your own water from mini mart.

The rooms were a little old and small just as most of the other boutique hotels around Champs Elysées area. But, the really friendly and attentive staffs made up to it.

Great location”

All great, the room was nice not too tiny, the location was perfect for everything with that price but one thing was the woman at the reception! She's not nice greeting at all not even smile for a welcome, don't even want to look the customers!! Thats annoying but other staff was nice

Very good, but bathrooms do not match the bedrooms”

Beautiful rooms, in a small boutique-feel hotel. However the bathrooms were not done to the same style of decor, and definitely need to be re-done. Nonetheless, a pleasant stay and excellent location.

Not worth what you pay for it! ”

The reception staff Patrick on check out was rude he asked why we didn't check out day before as we left hotel early in the morning, also would not let us take the paper my husband was reading whilst we where checking out from the pile of 20 for you to take to your room, said it wa hotel policy. Water and toiletries don't get refilled daily as part of the room rate which is Terrible in a 4star hotel. I would not stay here again!

Very bad experience ”

Had a very bad experience with this hotel !! They sprayed our junior suite room the same check in day with a kind of anti mosquito detergent and the smell was terrible couldn’t stay in the room for more than 5 mins! Had to open the windows for hours but the smell was still there! Plus had my 3 year old son with me who got very sensitive to the detergent! So they offered us another regular room but no one was available at night to help us move our 3 luggage bags and my son’s crib!! Had to do that alone! Not to forget that i left 2 small bags and a tax free envelope on the reception to send to my room.. they sent the bags and lost the envelope!! Very irresponsible staff! Very bad experience !
