Great location and good size room. ”
A very nice, clean, excellent location hotel. Our double room was on Level 1 at the back, facing and big air-well, so it was very quiet. Only noise was in the morning when other guests chose to walk down the wooden staircase which was next to our toom. Had a good breeze and we opened the toilet window at night when going to bed. The bedroom also had a window. We were surprised with the size of the bedroom and even more surprised with the size of the toilet which included a long bath and 2 wash basins (his & hers). Breakfast was simple but good. Hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. We flew by Air France and was very happy that we could pull our luggage and walk less than 5 mins to the Air France shuttle stop facing Arc de Triomphe, where there were 2-3 buses parked daily. Hotel was just few streets from Champ Elysee, and Arc de Triomphe. There were a few eateries nearby, one grocery store, and even 2 Chinese restuarants along the hotel road. Lots more eateries in the next road if you chose to walk further. Excellent value and we would recommend it.

Cozy hotel at suberb location”
Hotel Cecilia is a cozy, oldfashioned hotel at a suberb location right next to the Arc de Triomph. The staff is friendly and helpful and speak English. Our room was on the 5th floor with 2 french balconies. It was a clean and cozy room with a nice oldfashioned feeling to it. The beds were not the most comfortable though. Breakfast was continental standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Paris.

Great location, comfortable”
After 3 weeks of travelling across Europe in hostels & campsites, we decided to end the trip in Paris in a nice hotel, and we weren't disappointed. We arrived early at the hotel, to be met with a wonderful & friendly staff, who saw our disadvantage of choosing a small room for 2 adults and a five year old kid, and immediately tried to provide us with a room with king-sized bed, or an extra bed for the little one. Since we couldn't check in as it was quite early in the morning, we left our bags at the reception and went shopping on Champs Elysees which is just 4 blocks away. When we came back to the hotel, our bags are already in the room, along with the extra bed. The housekeeping saw us got to our rooms, and immediately provided us with an extra set of linens since they were only 2 sets in the bathroom. In the room, you can see Arc de Triomphe from the balcony, which was wonderful. The bed was comfortable (much appreciated after weeks of sleeping in cabins & sleeping bags), and the bath was quite large with a bath tub. Wi-fi is free. Breakfast selection was small, with pastries, cereals, yogurt. There's AirFrance airport shuttle right by Arc de Triomphe which can take you to Orly & CGD Airport. We took the shuttle to CGD which cost us 17 Euro per person. Tip: CDG Airport is huge. It took around 1/2 hour from the first Terminal 2 drop off to Terminal 1 drop off. So, if you're planning to get your VAT refund or do some shopping at CDG, be there at least 4 - 5 hours before the flight.

My husband and I were visiting Paris for 3 days. We stayed at this lovely hotel. It is a very charming hotel inside out. We loved the public rooms, the bar and the breakfast room were beautiful. Nice furnishing and very clean. The staff of the hotel was very nice, speaking good English. The were always helpful and smiling. Two people helping with breakfast were especially very good. I am thinking hard to add something negative about this hotel. Nothing so far. It is just a few steps from the Arc De Triumph but still in a quiet street. The room is small, as in Europe but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than I expected, again, very clean. Ok, one negative. Small lift. But I could not care less!! If I ever go to Paris again I hope to stay in this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Cecilia several times; hotel rates quite reasonably good in Arc de Triomphe area; walking distance to Eiffel, Champs Elysees shopping and dining areas and with free breakfast.

Great value hotel”
2 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomph and 2 minutes from the nearest metro so a great location. The road itself was fairly quiet despite it’s convenient location. The room was quite small but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We had room 1 which is right behind the front desk which did mean we could hear people talking through the night but that didn’t occur often.

A lovely small hotel. Our room is small but is comfortable and well equipped. Good wifi. Staffs are helpful and friendly. They offer breakfast at no charge although it said "excluded" on the hotel voucher received from Agoda. Location is superb: 3-minutes walk to Arc de Triomphe and very close to metro and bus network. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very wonderful stay with my family. Location is superb as it is a couple of footsteps away from the Arc De Triomphe and the Metro, and there were a lot of cafes everwhere. THe staff were very friendly and they speak good English.

Near to Arc de Triomphe. Nearest metro is Charles De Gaulle Etoile about few minutes walk. Helpful and friendly staffs. Breakfast ok. Few minutes walk to the shuttle bus going to airport.

Hotel with perfect location”
The hotel is really lovely outside and situated in the most comfortable tourist location - near to metro Charle de Gaule Etoile, and in short walking distance to Arc de triomph and champs elysees. The room is tiny, but for those who came to Paris to see Paris rather than stay in the room it does not matter; room is clean, sheets are whilte, bathroom is clean, so quite ok. The breakfast is ok, but with limited choice range, but you can always find something to eat in the morning; food quality is quite good.

The Cecilia Paris is located in a very handy location, just two minutes to the airport shuttle bus stop, and 4 mins. to the metro station . The hotel staffs are very friendly and professional to arrange everything we need or we ask for helps ! Super ! ( breakfast is great ,too)

Good location and friendly staff”
The manager is friendly to communicate with us. The location is excellent and the district is safe because it is near Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. Even we came late at night, the street nearby was still full of people. It is easy to travel by metro. However, the room is small. Maybe this is the Parisian style.

Excellent Location”
The stay was excellent specially because of the location. Very close to the main train station (Charles de Gaulle - Étoile) with easy connectivity to all the places one would visit in Paris. Few minutes walk to Champs-Élysées. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location with great staff”
May I not to recommend this hotel to anyone else? Since the hotel is the best hotel I have been ever stayed, best location, best condition of cleaness, very reasonable price (compare with rest of Paris hotel), nice breakfast (even with bread and some cold things only) and the most important is staffs are great!!! If i recommend to anyone, I may not able to reserve this hotel again (haha, just kidding). Staffs are super kind and helpful, location is really great (1 min walk to metro and 2 mins walk to Etoile, 5-10 mins walk to Champs Elysees, 25-30 mins walk to Eiffel Tower (someone said is 15 mins, i tried, it's impossible to get there by 15 mins, but still in walking distance). Only 1 disadvantage for me is no fridge in the room (as i need to store milk for my coffee in the morning) and the internet was in problem at night time (every night after 8-900pm)
