This was a fancy motel at best. Not recommended. ”
Guests/travelers beware. This Motel is really old and it shows. Elevators still not working after several years. Construction/renovations with noisy and dangerous work environment just access our room. The first room they put us in was dirty and dilapidated with no windows. It was also smaller then what was stated on agoda. There was water damage on the walls and ceiling. The A/V was defective. This was in the 5th floor. Because of the broken elevator, the 5th floor feels forgotten by their staff. Floors our dirty and unswept. When the A/C broke, it took them 30 minutes to get to our room while we were sweating in the windowless room. They only saw fit to move us to another room when we demanded. The 2nd room we stayed in was a little bigger but floors were unswept, TV and cooler was defective and there was no curtain for the small window that also could not be shut right. All this while noisy construction was taking place right across the narrow hallway. Overpriced, dilapidated, and staff need further CS and hospitality training. Don't stay here. Go to mango, go, or Las Palmas leisure suites instead.

Not worth the price”
Just an FYI bring toiletries with you if plan booking this hotel. Hot and cold shower is not working during my stay, pool is not free you have to pay 200 for 2 hours. I didnt see any gym, steam bath is not working. I asked for additional hangers but the receptionist rejected my request and smirks at me instead. Night shift receptionist is more accommodating than. The morning shift. Also, they charge corkage if food is from outside.

Horrible staff esp frontdesk. She kept saying I was a dollar customer, at first I never understood what she meant. They very rude. Room was too small, it was not worth what you paid for. They treated me like a crap for a couple days and I tried to be nice and not to get back at them until I got tired and started yelling at them and talked directly to supervisor or manager. Goodluck if you choose to stay here. PS. Hot shower doesn't work and AC was horrible.

i didn’t like how they welcome us. Staff services are not good enough of what I expected. I found ants everywhere in that room. Sink is out of service. Staff made me upset before they check me in and also when they check me out. The family room needs renovation. Staff are not friendly they need more training on how to entertain people.

Friendly Staff”
Our stay was acceptable except that we had to pay for extra sachets of sugar at 5 pesos a pack. This is unacceptable as no where else has this happen to me. Hotel is a bit run down. Aircon was noisy and no curtains in room to block the early morning sun. Was also bitten by mosquitoes in my room. Saw a few of them buzzing by. No mineral bottles and beverages available in the room.

The place is great but since my room was in 4th floor...i think it is eaSY if you have an elevator....because when you were tired from work and u want to rest.,..it is very hard and tiring going to stairs up to 4th floor

Unhelpful staff, renovation activities hassels”
The staff were not really helpful. Had to wait for almost an hour before we got checked in as there were still verifying the voucher with agoda, only to be told that their internet was down, hence, the wait. And despite having put up a clean up room sign, our room was not cleaned at anytime in our 4 night stay. we had to call the front desk for whatever things we need. The on-going renovations also disturbed us as we usually are awakened by the hammering etc being done on our floor.

Location is good near airport and walking distance to bus stations. Staff gave me a room which i didn't reserve which is supposed to be Deluxe Twin instead I was given an old standard beaten room. No toilet paper, you have to pay for it or bring your own. I don't think I will ever come back here again.

Booked and confirmed airport pickup wasnt there. Ladys at the front desk are snobish and arrogant, not willing to help or understand. Room very basic but enough from the Size. Bathroom very small. Pool was ok and breakfast too. The biggest Problem was that the Hotel was host of many police students. This students where so loud at nighttime and they acting like a group of Monkeys. The staff doesnt advice them to be quiet because of other guests.....
