I book 2 queen bed. We got room without window. Stayed for 2 days. Felt a bit suffocated because no window. We stayed at second level. Wifi was good. Iron room at level one. I saw the room for 1 queen bed (they open the door for housekeeping). Please don't book it unless you are not muslim (really small so no place to pray at floor).

More suit for young people”
The place was good and easy find eat but there bit hard for finding parking as it was open to public. And if travel with elder people. I not recommended for it as it needs to climb stairs. This may tired elder person or those who have heart problems person.

Great location.. They able to accept late check in.. We arrived around 1:00AM.. Staff was friendly. Able to call and spoke with the receptionist before performing our booking. Parking also easy to get..

Stay during public holiday week”
Worth the money! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room were clean, comfortable and the beds are big. The service was great too, they didn’t charge any fees for the extra pillow and the staff delivered it to our room. On the other hand, it was quite hard to get a parking spot as the hotel was located in the middle of a busy area.

Small and very limited spaces No A/C maybe due to place in cameron highland No elevator so my room was located on third floor and its was so tiring to go and come with 3 year old child Nevertheless location was very strategic

The room is very small and dusty. Soundproofing is very bad, can even hear people walking around and talking outside the room.

For short family trip, this is one of the recommended hotel, but have to bear the stepladder to climb. Pretty clean but have the doubt of frequency of linen/sheet change as some smudges were seen and reminders of choc stain was questionable.

I’m traveller with senior citizen & young children & requested lower floor. The staff very helpful to give a room as my request. The room & toilet are clean. Nearby to food truck, shop etc. My family was happy stay here & definitely will repeat.
