Best concierge service”

Unfortunately I had my luggage missing for first 3 days in Cannes. Concierge people at Le Majestic was really doing their to help me get it asap and I got finally just some hours before I take a flight to Korea. Once again I appreciate them and their service.

Simply Amazing”

We visited during the low season (February 2020), so we got a much lower rate than usual. We stayed at three different hotels during our short trip in France, and this was by far the best hotel experience we have had - not only during this trip, but ever. I'm not sure if we will ever make it back to that part of France, but if we do, this is where I want to stay - even if it means paying the regular rate. The facilities are luxurious and clean, the staff is amazingly friendly, and the hotel is right across the street from the main theater where the Cannes Film Festival takes place.

Expensive and good.”

Was given a free upgrade at check-in to a bigger room with a seaview room with a large terrace. The Majestic is one of the two nicest hotels in Cannes with large rooms and and excellent location. But it comes at a price, a breakfast will cost you 38 Euros and a Gin and tonic in the bar will set you back 24 Euros (!), then again that's the story even in some of the less fancy hotels and bars around.

Family stay at Majestic”

Amazing hotel. Was our return to Canne after 14 years with two children. Spent the previous fortnight travelling in France. Staff were amazing especially Yssam at the bar. Super polite and made the best Moscow mule on the planet. Kid’s club staff were also some of the best we have encountered in all our travels.

This hotel has been and will always remain to be the very best operation in Canne. Service is great and food quality is always fantastic.

Lovely hotel ,customer service excellent, room was very small but immaculate comfy bed and ideal for a short visit ,would upgrade room if I ever go back but overall very happy with stay, work being done at the back of hotel outside so if you looking for a lie in change room ,didn't bother me as up at 7.30 am . Also the hotel requests a 400 euro refundable deposit held on your credit card, on check in even if room was prepaid, which doesn't clarify this when booking and feel should clearly state this when booking although it was no problem feel should be made aware of this . On a whole had a great time staff are very helpful ,hotel spotless and breakfast was delicious so would definitely return although I would advise to upgrade your room for a more enjoyable experience . great hotel!”

impeccable hotel, 5 stars for the price of a 4 star. the breakfast was great and the rooms were clean, roomy, with great windows. the staff was super helpful and kind. Parking 45 euros a day was a bit expensive.

Nice hotel in great city ”

The hotel was perfect but there is a mistake from agoda about the room names i booked a deluxe sea view room but the hotel told me there was no sea view only partial sea view not the full sea view because in agoda you can see 3 kinds of deluxe room but in the hotel web site only 2 so i hope someone fix that mistake

Excellent service and beautiful hotel ”

This hotels staff make the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and Caters to your every need. The facilities and superb the swimming pool and spa are beautiful. The bath room is very large with a shower and bath. We had a sea view and balcony area which was stunning. Already planning to come back to this hotel for another break.

This hotel first of all is gorgeous. The staff are all very welcoming and beyong nice. They upgraded my room to a suite, and that was great too. The location is good, it is right on la croisette. Rooms are spacious, bedding was great.

Missing 5 star execution”

Let’s start with the good: - staff are very friendly - breakfast is delicious - location of the hotel is perfect On to the other: - arrived just after 3pm, our room wasn’t ready so we patiently waited and checked back at 4pm only to find that the previous guests hadn’t left yet - I’m 6months pregnant and travelled 12 hours so insisted on a room - the room: try not to stay on the first floor, you hear everything from the street - there was a constant beeping noise about which I informed the staff, over the 4 nights stay we had several visits from the technicians who always said they will be back in 20mins but never came back, so after hours of waiting we gave up. After 2 nights I asked for a set of ear plugs at least (was charged 9 Euros for them on checkout). So basically 4 sleepless nights due to yelling from street and contact beeping in room, no apologies no fixes, no 5 star service here despite 700euros per night - beach access, not included in room rate and expensive

international boat salon ”

I've been at this hotel during the international boat salon, location and service really good as expected from a 5 stars hotel. The hotel room itself are old , not renovated , not inspiring , bathroom very average. Overall not worth at all the money that you spend in such-an hotel. Recommend other other on the riviera just renovated. Pool only for kids. Breakfast super. The hotel must be renovated if they want to keep asking such amount of money.

Excellent Stay”

We stay for 2 nights, however with the price we pay this is consider 5 stars accommodation, comfort bed, nice staff, good facilities, excellent location. Highly recommended.

Mother and daughter city break”

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Buffet breakfast was delicious with everything available. Great selection. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect location. Very friendly staff and they really look after you. No complaints.

Beautiful hotel with an extraordinary breakfast! ”

Great supreme room that included an extraordinary breakfast! The shower didn't have a curtain and you had to stand in the bathtub, but other than that we loved our room and experience!

Amazing hotel and staff. The private beach costs extra, which i think should be free of charge for the hotel guests. The swimmingpool is very small, not as big as it seems like in pictures. Friendly staff, good service og cleaning.
