Nice hotel”

Nice hotel, it’s worth with the price. Have a complimentary snacks, tea, coffee til afternoon. Staffs are friendly. The only location a bit further from the main city. You have to catch the train to go to city. Overall, I was happy to stay here.

Tiny rooms”

Ok location in Opera area. Rooms and bathrooms very small. Decent breakfast.

Above average”

The location was quite convenient and close to 1st/ 2nd district. The area felt safe. Heaps of eateries that open till late. However the hotel requires some major renovation. The lift is tiny and fits about two people (or one person plus one luggage). Our shower drain clogged majorly and the water filled up to our knees in the bathtub after the shower. We only stayed for one night so did not bother asking for a swap of rooms. We stayed in one of the rooms on 3/F.

Economy choice with take-out lunch packs”

The hotel was generally ok with a convenient location just 5 mins to subway and many restaurants around until very late. The room was a bit small and no fridge to keep your beloved drinks and desserts. The worst thing I don't like was the front desk lady which was not very helpful and unpolite.

Good location, nice staff, substandard room”

Staff were very helpful and the location was good. Lots of little bistros and patisseries around. The room however was dark and dingy with the only small window about a foot away from a massive fan unit so no light came in. There was only 1 light in the room which was a stand up lamp that you couldn't reach from the bed. The kettle didn't work (although the staff did replace it when asked) and there was a big hole behind the bed so the pillows kept slipping off. I wouldn't reccomend the room at all, but the staff were lovely.

City hotel”

Only 10 minute walk from hotel to Lafayatt shopping centre.

not so much ”

We had the worst receptionist from our arrival to departure. For example, the tiny hotel wasn't very busy when we arrived in the morning that day. Even if we were visibly exhausted from our travel, the receptionist stuck to his rule "no check-in before 14:00" after kindly requesting it in the booking email, and made us wait 4 hours until the official time! When we came back at 13:45 unmotivated to serve us, we had to wait another 15 minutes until he got motivated to check by himself which rooms where clean... in overall the staff was quite unhelpful and not service-oriented for all kind of requests.

Nice staying. The location is good to walk around. Many small convenient stores and restaurant around. Opposite side is a Japanese restaurant.

There is no door for bathreem!!!!!!! All smill go to room! لايوجد باب للحمام كل الروائح تذهب الى الغرفه المصعد ضيق جدا يكفي فقط شخص واحد مع شنطه

Room need major renovation .”

Noisy at night . Old bed not comfortable. They really need a major renovation . Room very dark .not recommend .
