Don't bother”

No hot water. Moved to a different room and was the same. Left hotel an hour after checking in for another location. No refund despite inability to provide hot water.

A normal to bad hotel”

It has only one receptionist, she does not know who attend people. She always says that your reservation is unpaid o missing. There isn't hot water and a business room. The breakfast ends 20 mins before the time. The room is well and clean but the toilet doesn't work well. The WIFI is bad, you need to login every time that you arrive at the hotel.

Very frendly and professional staff

The hotel is a very nice and modern building centrally located with a very friendly and professional staff. Buffet breakfast is awesome and includes both, international as well as local cosine.

La ducha no daba agua caliente y en las habitaciones no se puede fumar aunque alquilé una habitac para fumadores. Los aires acondicionados parecen de los años 80, tampoco hay minibar y, para colmo, la zona parece del Bronxs profundo.
