1. I booked premier suite to my surprise that the room is hugeee with balcony 😍 2. Internet was good 3. In staying in 6th floor and theres coway at the corridor. Easy and clean water supply for people that travel with family. 4. Easy and fast check in and check out 5. Good price with very comfortable and good place to stay. 6. Near to everywhere. 6 - 10 minutes here and there 7. WiFi fast and good, my son have their online tuition there on holidays 😁 8. Usually I'll stay at Htten Hotel in the city but because I'm afraid that pool are not allowed due to covid so I booked for hotel without pool. And it's worth it. 9. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone. Really good place to stay. My son really happy with this place. I'll definitely support and will be my fav hotel ❤️ Thank you for the good memories in Malacca

A very good hotel with a clean and comfortable room. Location of the hotel is strategic, very nearby to all the major attraction. Ample of parking space is also available. It is advisable to have your own car or some means of transport but the hotel does provide shuttle services to Jonker Street (only on Jonker Night Market days I think).There is also this uncle that sells delicious apam balik in the afternoon right next to the hotel if anyone needs a quick snack (in a food truck, in front of a bank).

Spacious room nice interior with nice bathroom”
Location itself is not too city centered but has a good access to anywhere tourism point in Malacca city. Room is clean and really spacious. I stay at room 511 and it has a nice view of city because this room at the corner of building so there’s two side of view. It has one large bed and a sofabed. Though the pillows only got few but it’s okay. I don’t need too much. Plus on sofa bed there are big cushions. Totally worth it for two night stay.

I have nothing to complain because I'm really satisfy with my stay at Hotel Arissa, 10/10. The location is great,near to attraction places in Malacca. The hotel is new with modern concept, spacious and clean. The interior design especially the toilet really captured my eyes. For Muslim, there is enough space for solat in the room. So don't worry. I booked junior room with king bed size.With the price of RM 118 per night, it is worth it. Will come back to this hotel in future!

This hotel is very nice to stay, hotel have arrange van send customer go to jonker street in evening 6.30pm. Also have enough place for parking. In lobby have provide nice biscuit by self to get in. Can walk around 5 more minute go to jonker street to find own breakfast.Room have no small and quite clean, i like mirror in shower room is look more fashion style.

This is my 3rd stay with Arissa and will definitely will come back for the 4th ..... mayb 5th..... 6th stay... and so on. :) Hotel is very clean, friendly staff and near to all attraction. But one thing caught my attention is the RM 50 deposit upon check in. Rather old school, I hope they can improves on the matter as most of the hotel does not require deposit anymore.

One of the best and cheapest hotel u can get in melaka town..everything is tip top..room is very clean,staff very friendly, and also the whole hotel smell very nice..love the stay..its just that the tv channel..they should add at least 1 channel for movies..theres too much sports channel..other than that..VERY RECOMMENDED

ONE OF THE BEST IN MALACCA”
Very nice , clean hotel.. Not too near to town and not too far. Just nice Breakfast is ala carte on main dish but buffet for bread, porridge, drinks, salad and cereals. The hotel looks new and quite at night. We had a fun stay and would definitely come back again. Good job !

Hotel sgt best, bersih dan selesa. Staff are very, very nice. We parked outside since that time carpark was full. The staff was so nice he give us a parking coupon for free. The next day, we went out late and surprisingly they put another parking coupon to avoid us from getting summons from Penguatkuasa. 😊 The security of the hotel is the best. Meed card to enter to hotel and to get into lift. Overall, it's a recommended place to stay in Melaka!

Unexpectable in a 3 stars hotel”
All I have to say is I love to stay in this hotel so much. Just one thing for the hotel management need to take note is, it would be good to put a quiet / keep your voice down sign around the hotel room, because i encountered very noisy when some bunch of crazy hotel guests from China talking very loud to each other outside my room and it is very disturbing especially when I was trying to get some sleep. And there were another China lady kept screening at her friend from the lift which is not supposed to. Perhaps the hotel management could improve this for the good of others hotel guests.

As good as you can get ”
For a budget 3 stars hotel, this one possibly the best in Melaka. Everything was top-notch. Kudos to the kitchen crew, they quickly clean up after my kids accidentally made a mess. The only thing was on my 2nd night, the air conditioning unit leaks water, but that's maybe in that room only.

when i first visited this hotel for the 1st time i felt very welcoming by the staff particularly at the frontdesk. they are very friendly and helpful in giving informations that i required. the housekeeping maid is friendly too. breakfast is ok just need to add few more selections.the room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. hotel provide ample parking space as well for guests. been to this hotel twice and look forward to stay at this hotel again and again whenever i visit malacca. glad that i found out about this hotel through agoda..to the management and family of staff, kudos and keep up the goodwork and maintain the warmth service rendered to your guests..till we meet again..keep smiling

- The hospitality is good. - Good location, near to city. - The exterior appearance and the interior decoration of the hotel and the room are good. - The room is clean and the facilities are working. - Cold/Hot water dispenser is provided at the lift lobby. - The bed is comfortable but the pillow is not comfortable for me. - The wifi connection is strong as my room is at the lower floor and near to the lift lobby. - Each room only provided one card access and the card has added sense of security. So, people who don't have the card will not able to use the lift, also the facilities of the room will not working without the card. - Ample parking lots. - The room is quiet at night. Overall, Me and my friend are enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose to stay at hotel arissa when come again to Malacca.
