Room 902 executive suite is clean except the AC for lounge area is problematic, not cold so we had to open the door of the master bedroom to allow cold air to go in the lounge area. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Encountered a problem with the keycard but the receptionist was quick to help and solved the issue fast. Food is just average, nasi lemak, waffles, cereal etc. Add on breakfast buffet for RM22. Location is awesome! Thanks for the stay!

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, Lido cafe, lobby, and housekeeping. Spacious shower and room space. However, please clean towels thoroughly to eliminate odour. And clear the clogged hole (hair strands to be removed) in shower room. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Clean room, great amenities, friendly staff. Car park inadequate. Hump on the car park entry is too high, my car scrapped on it, sounds serious. Aircond takes too long time to cool down the room. Maybe its because using normal aircond not centralizef aircond. Tv channel reception not good.

very spacious room. clean & comfort. some dine in menu are cheap and reasonable. one thing i like here they are using "cool daylight" lighting instead of "warm daylight" hence its easy to the eyes especially if you're doing work at room.
