My daughter’s bday celebration”
First of all, I’d like to thank the security guard at the basement for helping us to have a parking slot near the elevator since as we arrived at the hotel, he saw that we have a lot of things with us specially knowing that we have our 2 infants. Special thanks to the front desk concierge specially the lady at the right side with laptop and 2 chairs who assisted me throughout my checkin and checkout at hotel 101. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name but I will definitely remember her pretty looks. She was very approachable, she has a pleasing personality, lovely and cheerful and very accomodating as well. She make sure that all of the guest’s requests are granted and make them feel at home and comfortable at the same time. As I requested for a room with a pool view, she helped me right away without hesitation. During our stay in Hotel 101, She made sure that we really enjoy our stay, she even asked me if we were able to eat our breakfast buffet or we were able to use all the hotel amenities and if everything is working well in our room. Before leaving the hotel, she also made sure that nothings left in the room specially our belongings. I’d also like to thank all the hardworking staff and housekeepers , bell boys for welcoming all their guests and for making sure that we really enjoy our stay and for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend this to my relatives and friends and of course I will surely go back at this hotel. I’ve been to some of the famous hotels but I’d say that hotel 101 can reach their level too. Im just hoping that they will add more amenities to have more activities to do like playroom, gym, gaming room, spa and so on. The interior of the room is very simple so I hope that they will add more colors in the room specially for the bedsheets to give life and it will make the room bigger if theyll add more colors or design to it. My all time favorite hotel while in Manila: 1. Super friendly, most professional and accommodating staff 2. Very clean rooms, spacious for three guests, 1-queen and 1-twin beds on all the rooms, very large bathroom and shower room 3. Very convenient to all the restaurants and 24 hr convenience stores around the building 4. Laundry service next to hotel, very convenient for guests 5. Within minutes from the airport 6. Extremely affordable rate and yet elegant enough to qualify for a higher hotel category (see item 1) 7. 24hr security, 2-step process : security check for all the vehicles entering the property and a secondary check for all the guests coming in with purses, bags etc.

Always been a great stay!”
This was our 3rd time stay in this hotel. Since we missed out our free breakfast last time and my husband and I wanted to have some mini-year end celebration, we decided to book another stay at Hotel 101. For the past stays that we had, I must say that this recent one (Dec 28-29) was kind of a bit challenging but of course we understand that since it's a holiday season, there will be some difficulties in checking-in. We arrived at 11:30 AM to check-in (like what we've used to do) but no rooms were available yet until 2PM. The receptionist informed us that once a room is available, we can check-in since she will be reseving room for us just present my ID. So we did some stroll in MOA then when we came back, there was a long queue in the reception area but, kudos to this pretty chinita for assisting us when she found out that we were already checked-in. Pools were so crowded (mostly were children). And we enjoyed the breakfast! Will definitely go back here over and over again. Thanks!

Quarantine Stay”
Great place to stay for quarantine. The rooms may be smaller than other hotels, but they are clean, have comfortable beds, offer good cable channels, good microwave, fridge, and large sink outside the bathroom. The hotel also offers probably the best food you are going to get in Manila for this price. Each meal included multiple side dishes, along with fruit and rice. Breakfasts came with additional yogurt or soy milk along with some type of pastry. Dinners always came with some type of dessert. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to our requests.

This is a clean hotel , the staffs were very accommodating And basic needs of a traveller is available in the rooms. Like ref , microwave and electric kettle for lte night tea or early coffee We stayed here on hotel quarantine the food was decent ( i am Not a picky eater) and it comes with a piece if fruit . Although it would be nice if there was also a choice of hot cereals Overall I would still come back and spend some nights here in the future .

A pleasurable sojourn in quarantine”
I chose this hotel as a mandatory place or refuge for quarantine. I had this option at last minute because you were uncertain always if you can leave or not due to mandatory mollecular swab test. But thank God I chose this hotel because I had a wonderful stay. The food was good and the portion is adequate. The room is apartment like well-equipped for a stay without going out. The staff is totally dedicated in making their guests be taken care of. So kudos to all the wonderful staff for the extra mile of care and attention. Over all, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have their required quarantine stay in Manila

Checking in could take a while; we spent over two hours just waiting for our room to be available. This was in April 28- we attended an event and there were a LOT of people booked at Hotel 101 to attend the same event. That long wait for our room was the only unpleasant exprience. The room itself was very clean and the beds were super comfortable; staff were helpful and apologetic.

The facility is excellent. The entire staff is excellent which obviously does not happen without an excellent management group. Each of the staff goes beyond the norm to be helpful. Ana Lou, a security guard along with fellow guards found and hand flowers delivered on a holiday after me just mentioning that I was trying to find a flower shop. Excellent breakfast buffet is included also. I will stay here on all of my future visits to the area. I was treated like I was part of the family.

Budget and traveller friendly”
The best part of our stay was the clean room. They also cleaned the room when we went out and replaced our towels with clean and fresh ones every now and then. The staff were also all friendly and polite. They respond pretty quick especially when I requested for a clothe iron and extra towels.

Me and my wife stayed with an infant and kid. So the 2 bed set up is perfect. Staff are accomodating, rooms are clean and nice. The pool and jacuzzi are big plus. Location is also easy especially fast food and convience store a just walking distance.

Very nice hotel experience”
Booked during the massive rally held just a street away from the hotel. Lots of people checked-in and out on similar dates but the staff were very accommodating and helpful, stated composed. They call to make sure that guest have settled well. The hotel is very nice, bathroom is spacious, with hot/cold water, cabinet, a table with a chair, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, bed is comfy enough. Toiletries provided. Location is really nice, near the Mall of Asia.

Worth every penny, excellent location”
The restaurant could serve better food. I order a barbeque pork ribs that should be tender and the meatbloose from the bone. The one I got was still red in the bone and I had a problem cutting the meat from the bone. When I complained, the cook should come out and check what I am complaining and hopefully apologize but nobody come. I lost my appetite and told the waiter nit to bother. No apology came so we just paid and went out. Breakfast is not the best buffet I ever had. I give credit to the woman cooking at the egg and pancake stand. She know her stuff and very polite and service minded. You will get your order delivered by her to your table.

Kuya guard won me w his sincere greeting w hand gesture Staffs are friendly So happy to found this hotel, should have booked 2d/1n but the hotel is already fully-booked The bfast (buffet, depending on their guests) is good to start the day Swimming pool is okay, w heated jacuzzi Room is w complementary water and coffee, w mini fridge and water heater They also have hair dryer What is posted in the pics Clean and cold aircon, w wifi So many stores nearby to buy food and grocery on top of MoA Areas of improvement - almost 1hour checkin, aside for the wait to confirm reservation there'd be another wait to get a room/card key - wifi (likely depending on the guests and room) is acceptable but slow, not recommended if you'll be working with heavy upload/download - we were enjoying the jacuzzi around 10am but they turned it off, but the day before with foreigners guests it was heated and with bubbles, hopefully not because we are locals
