Old charm hotel with renovation and inside mall .. one of the best in central Bekasi”

Although we spent years living in Bekasi .. this was our first time stay here, due to we now visit Bekasi as tourist and not again staying in our house. Horision is old classic chain hotel which try to keep up and improve for competition. Since it has and old building, the rooms are classic; huge room w/ huge beds w/ wooden furniture, and we choose to stay in one of those room type :) .. but the also has new building extension with newest contemporary design if you like new better. The pool and breakfast are also huge in size and portion as other classic-old charm hotel. It is located inside one of classic-old charm shopping mall in Bekasi, but surprisingly the mall also has been renovated and looks more modern now. It is also walking distance to other hotels and malls nearby and to Cikampek- Bekasi toll highway. We really like our stay here.

Horison Ultima Bekasi, the located in the center of the City Bekasi, near Metropolitan Mall and I can directly go to Mall, the facility is completely because have a swimming pool with pool kids, fitness and having games every sunday for children

Hotel Horison Bekasi is my first choice when I need to stay around Bekasi due to my job. The hotel is good, kindly services, easy to reach out from the exit toll without any traffic jam as ussually happened at bekasi area. The room is clean and comfortable. Room services available 24 hours makes me easily order at any time. The one and only thing makes me unsatisfied was at parking area, less space available for hotel guest so if I want to park my car, it always need 1 or 2 circle around to find the space. Hope the hotel management can find a solution about this. Overall, that is the very good hotel to stay.

Good Quality Hotel Connected to Metropolitan Mall Bekasi”

Finding the parking was a bit tricky as you need to switch to a different area once you reached the 2nd floor. It's good if you can find a parking spot on the 6th floor. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful as she patiently arranged for our group of all three rooms to be on the same floor and in the new hotel wing. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfy to sleep in. Air conditioning was a tad too cold, so we had to turn it off every now and then when we felt too cold. Hotel had a nice pool and a gym, also a spa if you want to get a massage. It is also attached to metropolitan mall, which is kind of dated, but still a good place to find something to eat, groceries and other stuffs. If you want to go to a bigger and more modern mall, you can take a shuttle bus provided by the mall, which will take you to the new Grand Metropolitan Mall. Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel and will definitely consider staying here again if we are going to Bekasi.

Bekasi is a traffic jam place, this hotel is the best for business traveler because many shopping malls are nearby. The security is so friendly and polite, and are so helpful. Everyday, I feel shy and delighted when look they were smiling at me after my business day trip.

I liked the room, so big and clean. The location is good, you even can go to the mall by walk. But breakfast needs to be imporved, hehehe....! I still choice the hotel if I have chance to Bekasi!

Exceptional”

i had second thoughts when i booked this place because of the bad reviews, saying that the building is old, the facilities are bad, not worth the money and such. but when i was there in the lobby, my 1st impression was, this is a good 4 stars hotel. and when i knew my room is in the old building, i was kinda hesitant but still accepted the room cause there was no avail room in the new building (some reviews said that the old building is spooky), but when i entered the room, it was a good room, i didnt sense any spooky thing which is non sense at all :D i like my overall room! the facilities in the hotel is good as well. my room was in the 6th floor, so in order for me to have breakfast, i just need to get out from my room, turn right then take the bridge right away, the bridge is in the 6th floor as well. what i like the best is the location, i can go to the mall easily from metropolitan mall 2, the entrance is right beside the elevator of the hotel. i like this hotel, will book again

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL HORISON BEKASI”

It was very disappointing experience for my first time stay at Hotel Horison Bekasi: 1. Room boy throwing a guest property in the trash bin, while the status of the room have not check-out yet and access key is still held by the guest. 2. Me with my parents aged 75 and 67 years old trapped in a hotel elevator. Evacuation procedure, attitude, service and response from the hotel staff is very bad. My father and mother came from Solo, Central Java. We were invited to attend his granddaughter's birthday celebration event in Metsky Lounge, Hotel Horison. We hope pleasant stay at the hotel for them. But the experience of staying at Hotel Horison Bekasi was very disappointing.

Nice Old Hotel”

Very nice and cozy hotel to stay. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The bed was comfortable, gives you a very nice sleep. The hot water was more than enough to fill the bath tub, very relaxing way to end the day. Recommended hotel in Bekasi.

New hotel near mall”

The location of this hotel in Bekasi is perfect. Right beside the entrance of a mall. Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Good location, next to the mall”

I chose this hotel because it is nearby to my relatives and friends. The location is convenient and less than 2 hours away from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Situated next to Mal Metropolitan, which has a supermarket and plenty of popular food chains and restaurant, including KFC and my favourite Solaria. The hotel is also nearby Bekasi Square, and a couple other malls surrounding the hotel. It's a very simple place, nothing exquisite, but definitely not dodgy. Transportation wise, there's always a taxi or the public transports such as angkot and ojek. Nothing too expensive. I would say that the stay was pleasant.

Menginap di Horison pada weekend, hotel dekat dengan mall cari makanan gampang hanya saja tidak ada access langsung harus keluar dulu, untuk harga dgn fasilitas yang diberikan cukup worth it.. ada bathup, full carpet nilai plus banget...

Everything is good except check in process”

When we arrived at hotel horison at 1.30 pm, staff said that our room is ready at 2.00 pm, but in hotel policy said that 12.00 pm. But is ok, because in beside of hotel theres mall area with many great things you can see at there. I enjoyed stay at thhis hotel, breakfast have many choices and swiming pool area has good view. Anw good experience to stayed at this hotel. Thx

Please add towel in the swimming pool ”

I spend a night in Horison Bekasi. This is not my first time in this hotel. From my previous experience i don't have bad experience but last week it was really disappointing. We had a swimming in the afternoon, they run out the towel and we have to wait until 6 PM for the towel to arrived. What!! if you open your swimming pool to public then you have prepared more in the weekend.

Satisfactory”

My visit to Bekasi was for Business. To that effect, I found the Hotel Horison to be quite pleasant and convenient. The staff at the hotel were quite helpful. There are malls very close to the Hotel which allows a lot of leeway for food as the hotel menu can be a tad limited. The room was quite good and comfortable.
