Very Nice Bed”

I stayed a night at Hop Inn Rayong, location is very good with a food market that opens till late night just in front of the hotel and a big shopping mall just right opposite the street. Room is nice according to the price I paid, they had everything I needed inside the room as per standard. But the bed is fantastic! I wasn't expecting for such a nice bed in this type of hotel. Good quality of the bed and linens.

New Clean Hotel”

It was ok for $20 per night, brand new hotel alongside the Sukhumvit highway, next to a 7-11 convenience store and night market that sells lots of street food, also close to Rajbamrung Road in Rayong where you can find the German Bierhaus restaurant, and the Western style beer bar restaurants, Y33 bar and The Joker bar, also a short walk to the Passione shopping mall and Laemthong Department store. Hotel will book you a taxi to the new Rayong bus terminal for 120 THB, only complaint with the hotel is not a single English channel on the TV.

Booked and paid for 9 twin bed rooms but got 8 double bed rooms!!!”

I booked the hotel at Hop Inn Rayong through agoda.com for 9 twin bed rooms since we have 17 persons. The booking ID is 221888829, 1 night on 21.08.17 to 22.08.17. The room type is "STANDARD TWIN ROOM" for all. The hotel is very new and modern. I and my colleagues feel impress a lot. We arrived there 20:30PM and we exhausted from work. What we need that time is to lay down on the bed and relax with any worries but the bad dreams were began since we had opened the door! We all stunned! There are all twin beds. 9 rooms indeed! You may not know that why this is the huge problem... Some of my colleagues are plumpies and they could not stay on the 3.5ft bed with their friend surely! Think about it, 3.5ft!!! I, as the hotel booking person, felt sick and losed my face a lot. I tried to come back at the front and ask the welcome staff that did you send us the correct keys or not? Suddenly, the staff checked her documents and said to us "Sorry, I think the room booking staff does the wrong room arrangement. Because he is very new to this job. I'm sorry but we have no more twin bed room for you." I said back to her that we could not because some of our colleagues who are plumpies could not dealt with it. Moreover, we booked and defined the needs obviously that we need twin bed rooms for all, the hotel must support us as much as they could. Then the welcome staff understood and tried to contact her manager. Lastly, she came up with the last offer that she had 2 rooms for us to switch from double bed to twin bed. 1 was available at first, another one was from the other customer that came 1 person so she will compromise with her customer to have double bed. At that time, we had no choice more than accepted her offer. In our opinion, the welcome staff did her best for us. But we still need to see the hotel's responsibility on it, that we still do not see until today.

Low price and comfortable when you be here in Rayong. And easy to find because this hotel is along Sukhumvit road.

Good short stay”

Ample car park with amenities within 100-200 meters. Right in the town too. Night food market just across the street and a 7-11 convenience store nearby. Hop inn trademark of cleanliness and parking here. Good for a stopover. Had stayed in various hop inn establishment in Thailand whenever passing by for a stopover or short stay.

In good location, reasonable price, enough and spacious parking lot. Room is clean and equipped with basic hotel amenities, free 2 bottles of drinking water, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, toilet papers and towels. It is good for overnight stay after long drive.

Great value for money ”

Clean rooms, a lot of space, a tv, good aircon, balcony, big bathroom, window blinds, great wifi and comfortable beds. You can't ask for more for this price, honestly, but book in advance cause it gets full a lot! Just outside there is a night market with loads of street food available - delicious! 7 Eleven 1 minute away.

Good with this price”

located next to the market where you can find your dinner easily. The room​ is a bit small​ but very good to just stay for this price. The security​ at night shift is friendly. He helped us about the direction and he looked active all time. All great!!

Clean New Hotel but very Noisy”

Hotel looks so new and clean with fluffy bed but the sound from surrounding is very very loud in the room. There is main road, night market, Gas station, night bars and etc. around the hotel.

Really nice but no place for clothes...”

If you are a short term traveler with a small suitcase and no real clothes storage needs then this hotel is Great!!! Smallish bed but comfortable and cozy. Recently updated, clean, fabulous bathroom, great internet/tv...nice hotel. My wife and I were looking to stay 2 weeks while the builders do the finishing touches on our house so we have 3 small suitcases and a bunch of hanging clothes. The place is just too small for us. This hotel is right across the alley from a nice food court. Mostly Thai food but includes Halal vendors. I don’t have a religious preference but for some reason the Halal curry dishes are the most delicious. Food options also include fried chicken, sweet corn and salads. Hotel is just off the Main Street of town. Very close to a westernish mall. Easy ride to the beach. All forms of transportation available 50 meters from hotel entrance. So, if you’re a business traveler or a couple who travels light this place is really nice for the money.

This hotel seems to be built newly and the fee is reasonable, located along Sukhumwit road. The room is clean enough. There are few complimentary but we don't need them because 7-11 is near here. And also, we can enjoy free coffee at free space near the entrance of this hotel. if you just need a place to sleep alone, with partner or family, I think this hotel is suitable for your needs.

Will not stay here again ”

I used to stay in some other hob inn hotel and impressed because of their facilities and cleanness but this one is not nice as I expected. I think it's because 1. I got the room on 2nd floor and next to the gas station. 2. The window view is the gas station. I can see many men worker closely from me window. It's a bit too close that I can feel no safe. 3. The worker from gas station working all night long!! I here everything, they shouting when something deliver. From 00.00-7.00 I woke up for more than 4 times. I have a sleepless night. 4. The pillow have difference density. One is too low and one is too height. I got a neckache.

Good enough place to rest the night. ”

There is no denied, the location is good here. Situated near the night market where you can find varieties of street foods. Just enough hotel facilities for a stay, fresh towel, comfort bed, clean sheets and pillows, small fridge but I barely had a good sleep cause the sound from the main street, hotel located just behind the gas station. Recommend for a quick stay but not for those who looking for peaceful place. PS. Watch out! Ask the reception to take a good look at your reservation. The staff send me back and forth to the another HopInn near this one.
