This is like my fifth stay at Hop Inn Aseana but I can never point out any negative experience so far. I love this hotel because it's conveniently located to restaurants and malls. I love their parking, too! Never had problems with parking. This is by far the fastest check-in EVER!The front desk, Mervin, deserves a raise! Check-in was a breeze. Didn't even take me 5 minutes to get my key card. Checking out was fast, too. Rooms are clean, water pressure is strong, and bed is comfy. You also feel extra secured because you can't go to a different floor because you have to tap your key card on the elevator. If you are on the 10th floor, you can only punch in 10th floor and not choose another floor. Pretty cool!

Great hotel near NAIA”
This hotel is awesome! I walked to Mall of Asia a couple times, about 15 minutes walk. It is 100 php by taxi to the mall. And its only a 10 minute drive to NAIA via the freeway. The hotel is new, very clean. No pool or anything fancy...just very basic but very nice. You need your own amenities (such as shampoo and soap) as all that is in the room is toilet paper and shower body wash. The area is so clean and modern, just like you were in a western city...wide streets, not much traffic, stop signs and traffic lights, very safe with lots of police patrols. A 7/11 beside the hotel and a new restaurant too. Highly recommended.

Perfect location”
We come from a long 8 hrs flight with no sleep, we thought we could checkbin right away then sleep but when we reach the hotel for an early check in they have'nt got any available room to accomodate us yet. They have told us that the room that we are supposed to be checking in still have other people in there and hadnt checked our yet. So we have to wait 3 hrs on the lobby with my husband,. But What i love about the hotel is the location. Near SM MOA which suits my taste as i love to go to the shops and love dining anywhere near the hotel. Room is clean, the staff is good. However, room is too small.

Perfect for 1-2 night Stay”
I booked this place based on proximity and good reviews. I took an overnight bus and arrived to the hotel at 5:30am which was super early and they only charged me 600php for early check in which was totally worth it. This place is super clean, new, great staff, quick check-in. located 10 mins from the airport, Mall of Asia and Casinos. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend. Small rooms though but good for 2 people with full size luggage. Internet speed is lightning fast at 150mb/s 3 devices max per room.

Clean & Satanized Rooms, Safe Area for first time travellers, Most likely Chinese Business around. Walking distance to Mall of Asia and in between Ayala Malls and lots of chinese restaurants and shops. Near starbucks and with Open 24Hrs 7/11. no noise proof and no gym or pools. Just a short period traveller's stay. Allowed late checkout with charge and online food delivery. visitors Allowed to receive at lobby. near terminal 1 for international flights with easy taxi request from guard. Showers with warm and cool but no bathtub. Window outside building view, cable tv with excellent free wifi.

Amazing Value”
My friend and I arrived late at night into NAIA and we just wanted a safe, clean place to sleep before we continued our trip. Not only was this conveniently relatively close to the airport (less than half hour away, probably because it was late at night), but the staff was very warm and welcoming and our room with 2 twin beds was immaculate and bright..and had an AC that worked perfectly. We liked it so much and the price is definitely affordable, that we are planning to book another stay on our way home. Stay here if all you need is bare bones accommodations that is also clean and where you won’t be afraid to close your eyes! :)

Nice and Cozy Place”
I booked an overnight stay in this hotel because we are to meet some friends in Mall of Asia. The place is near the airport (Cab ride 100-150php plus skyway fee). The place is newly opened so everything is new. The check-in was smooth so as the check-out. There's a 7/11 store just beside its entrance so you don't need to worry about something you forgot to bring especially toiletries BECAUSE the hotel doesn't have one in the bathroom (you need to bring one if you intend to stay in this place-not a problem with me because I always carry a kit with me when I travel). Downside, you need to walk some 50 meters to be able to really eat something like Kenny's or Starbucks but not really a problem. Mall of Asia and Solaire is just around the area and Grab Taxi/Car is always available (better download the app as there are few Taxis passing around the area- but the guard is helpful though). Breakfast--can't say because I did not have it in my booking..but I saw packed breakfast.

Whenever we go to Manila, we always make sure to stay here at Hop Inn. We love how they have 2 whole floors just for parking (yes, it's indoor!) and 7 11 is just at the ground floor. MOA is about 5 mins drive away and S&R is probably 1 minute drive. The rooms are clean and water pressure is really strong. Don't expect it to have a pool, mini-bar and fast internet connection though. But for me, the price is just right. We'll definitely stay at Hop Inn again.

Staff are friendly. Would like to have phone in the room. Maybe an Ice dispenser in the lobby. Price is reasonable knowing it is in the commercial area. My room view is the building construction side, not so thrilled about that. I should have requested a nice view when I checked in. I booked a less expensive room so i was thinking that coffee maker and fridge is not included. Would love an extra pillow. But overall, place Is clean, organized and sanitized. Safety is a must so I give 👍 to that. Thank you and see you next time.

I have stayed on other hop inn branches and so far this branch is the best! Great parking space and stunning sunset View! Rooms and hallways smells really nice ! spotless clean as usual! The guy who assisted us on check did a really great job! fast and easy. Thanks for giving us the the rooms facing the bay as requested. Will definitely stay again! It is a no frills hotel and great for short staycation super near major casinos in the entertainment city.

Your basic essentials are covered excellently. Location, front desk, room cleanliness, and price were great. Building is new in new development of ASEANA city in Manila. It walking distance to Mall of Asia (MOA) and short taxi ride to NAIA airport (suggest to driver to use skyway, 30 piso toll fee). Bed, shower (with hot water and strong water pressure), security safe were all new. Wi-Fi also included with steady connection. If you're looking for the basics (no breakfast) and a short stay, this is for you.

It's a great location for travellers and businessmen, as well as vacationers, as its very near the airport, and commercial areas. Its room is so clean and bed is comfortable. A 7-11 store and a very good restaurant to dine in is just beside it staffs are very courteous and welcoming. Air conditioner is a bit weak but OK. Towels need new stock. No soap or toiletries are provided.. Just a body wash.

Mr. Samir is very kind and very fluent in english so we're not having a hard time to understand him and same with us. The place is in good location, near MTR, Restaurant, Avenue of the Stars and also more tourist spots are available around the area. Everyday we have a new set of bath towels and free coffee. The best thing about this guest house it has water dispenser so free water - hot & cold (Water in HK is very expensive), it has microwave and refrigerator that you can used for free. We stayed last June 29-30 with my family and we were definitely satisfied guests. It was our first time with Hop Inn and we loved the experience. From the entrance, the guard was polite and accommodating. The hotel staff, Mr. Rolly (I think) who checked us in knows his job so well and very polite also. He told us all the details that we have to know. The hotel rooms were very neat and tidy, very relaxing. My kids were happy. There's fast wifi connection too. The area itself was superb. Everything's near so you can just walk around safely. Overall the experience was great. And we already did recommend Hop Inn Aseana to our friends and family. Thanks. And we will see you soon.

Everyone was nice, from the guards to the staff. Everything was clean & comfortable with impressive designs. Superb Budget Hotel”
I stayed at two different Hop Inn Hotels for the duration of the trip, and everytime I leave, I am very impressed with their service. The hotel security observes standard health protocols such as temperature check, and they assist us with our luggage as we enter and exit the hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly and approachable. What I am most impressed is that Hop Inn Hotels always have a 7 Eleven right beside the hotel, so it’s very convenient whenever you feel like grabbing a snack or a cup of coffee. Very clean. No telephone”
The room is very clean. Staff are nice, check in was fast as well. One thing that got my attention is that there is no telephone in the room. What if there is an emergency, and cellphone is not connected with the wifi?? Please put telephones in the rooms as it is mandatory in hotels in case there is an emergency, and if guests are elders who dont usually use viber.

Incredible value for your money”
Actually stayed for four nights here. There's a 7/11 right next to the lobby and Starbucks just a few blocks down. Ayala Mall was just a 8 minute walk away. The room was incredibly clean. Can't say much about facilities. Got a decent view of the city at night and I caught a glimpse of another room having a beautiful view of the bay. 24/7 room service too, really handy. The only issue my partner and I had was the bathroom. The water on the floor overflows from the shower since the tiles aren't lowered enough. It gets really humid in there too, and the ventilation inside isn't exactly the best. Had to keep asking for towels to make sure the water doesn't get out of the bathroom but it wasn't really a huge bother. The building seems new but there might be water damage in the bathroom walls in the near future if this doesn't improve. Aside from that, we give this a 9/10. Thanks for making our stay comfy! And for those visiting this month, heads up: half of MOA is under construction which was a massive bummer.

Good for an overnight stay if attending a late night concert or event and would like to avoid the stress of traffic going home. Parking is easy and it is just 5 mins away from MOA. Very basic room, no mini fridge but there is a 7 Eleven downstairs for whatever you need. Room is clean and staff very courteous

The hotel was in a very good location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.”
The hotel was very nice and clean. I stayed with my mom and our room has enough space for the both of us. The beds and pillows are soft and the linens provided were clean. Water supply in the bathroom was very good. We were just unfortunate that there were rude guests on our floor that kept on smoking in the hallway even though there was a strict no smoking policy in the hotel. The staff were very accommodating in addressing our complaints about the smoke by putting air purifiers on the hallway and in assisting us in transferring to another floor were the situation is better. They have a 24/7 online Viber hotline so contacting the frontdesk was very easy even at almost 2 AM. It was just an overnight stay but we had a nice stay and we would definitely consider booking at Hop Inn Hotel again.
