Not well maintained, inconvenient :(”
Overall, will not recommend this as the unit was not well maintained. and also for other reasons: 1. The wall (below the window) in one of the rooms had mouldy patches and discolouration and the handle for the window in the attached toilet was faulty. The windows were also dirty and not cleaned for some time. 2. There were 3 rooms and the water heater for 1 of the rooms was out of order, and our friends had to use another person's bathroom to bathe - note that the weather was too cold to have cold showers. 3. One of the lights in the dining area was faulty and the glass lamp shade nearly dropped on us. Our friend noticed that it was dropping off and we had to remove it. Upon removing it, we saw that the plastic attaching the shade to the lamp had already worn out. 4. The back rest of the balcony chairs are worn out - the laminate had peeled off substantially, exposing the formica boards. 5. The shelving in one of the bedrooms was loose and slanted and you cannot place anything on it without the items sliding off. 6. The building is next to a very steep slope and part of the slope showed signs that it had experienced a landslide. The affected area was covered by large plastic sheets. 7. The building security was supposed to register and check visitors before letting them through. However, our assigned parking lot was occupied by other cars twice during our stay, and upon checking with the security, they had no idea who those people were as they did not register themselves. We were then asked to park in the open air next to the security booth while the security wheel clamped those cars till those owners turned up. The booth is some distance away from the lift, and we bought a lot of food and souvenirs, so it was very troublesome and frustrating as we had to carry the heavy items for some distance. 8. The building is not well maintained - the flooring in one of the lifts was partially detached and you can trip over it if you are not careful. The interior of

Very nice unit. It gets really cold probably cos its higher above the ground so you dont even need the fan! Designated parking. Place is a bit new (i think), the public areas especially carpark are not well lit but the unit is good.

A new, cozy, spacious apartment. Location is good and within vicinity of big supermarket, food and farm houses. Only commend is the sofa is too small. :-)

With a group of 9 adult & 3 kids. Its really convenient with 3 bedrooms including 3 bathroom (only 2 got heater) but still okay, U can share. Many things they prepare for your stay, steambot pot/kettle and many more. I prefer who come with large pax to stay here!

Stay 2 malam dgn sgt selesa. Peralatan memasak ringkas tersedia. Kami siap samak dan boleh guna tnpa ragu. Katil, towel, heaters semua terbaik. Jika nak masak nasi kena la bawa periuk nasi sendiri. Kedai makan Dan supermarket juga sgt dekat. Boleh jimat 👍

Rumah ni sgt sesuai utk family gathering,bilik besar,tiap bilik ada bathroom tapi 2bilik ada heater&1bilik xde heater…tapi ok je sbb blh kongsi bilik mandi..main room ada 2katil queen mmg blh kuak lentang…ada tambahan kerusi disediakan utk lepak kat ruang tamu👍👍santai & tenang
