"If you have your own transport (the place is remote) this is absolutely perfect for getting away from it all. Friendly staff, beautiful design, lovely dogs, delicious coffee and food, a nice breakfast included and a fridge full of water and Coke. We will be back for sure."

"The friendlyness of staff was a big plus at this small hotel. Also they spoke good English which really helped in my case. The open lobby area was very nice and a good place to have a beer and meet other people. The only negitive about the hotel was the small ants that seemed to be everywhere in the bedroom and bathroom. I would stay there again if I was staying in Phayao."

"This is a nice small family-run hotel with only a few rooms. The rooms are well-equipped with adequate facilities. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a TV with many channels and a large refrigerator. The is ample storage and hanging space. The bathroom is nice and tidy with a powerful shower. The staff are really friendly and check-in/check-out was fast. There is a 7-11 50 metres away and it is about 10 minutes walk to Phayao lake. I would recommend this hotel to people on a budget."
