"Absolutely fantastic stay here, the room was spotless and the views offered of the lake was amazing. Menu was really good and food was a reasonable price and available most hours. Staff make this place so good. Really friendly and welcoming. Quang took me out for a day at paradise cave and dark cave on his motorbike and was fantastic taking me away from the tourists. Nhung a waitress went with me on a two day one night trip to hang pigmy and looked after me throughout, she was so kind and fun to be with and we completed our treck to the fourth biggest cave in the world. This was the highlight of Vietnam for me. Awesome resort, lovely staff and the animals are so cute and tame. Il be back very soon I'm sure 😁"

"My partner and I, are currently traveling south east Asia and have to say, without a doubt, this is the best place we have stayed in so far. The place itself is set in a beautiful location, just outside of the main town area, but it was so easy to get to with the free bikes they offer but also my walking. The staff were so helpful, not only about the area but helping us find local bus timetables or tours - we honestly felt like one of the family. The hotel itself is very clean with great facilities. We are over the moon with this accommodation and if we could, we would of stayed longer. "

"A lovely homestay in Phong Nha. You can rent motorbikes there as well as arrange tours. Breakfast and food is nice as well! Trung and his family are very kind and helpful, and offered us a shower after a day in the caves, after we checked out. They can arrange transport to and from Dong Hoi too! 100% recommended "

"I was in awe of the quality of service here. They helped us whenever we need: fix the waterline, order drinks, buy breakfast. Thanks to them, we have got ourselves an affordable and friendly taxi driver to Mooc Spring. If one thing I want them to improve is the third floor did not have hot water. "Quy and family are among the friendliest and most welcoming of people you will ever encounter. He is so considerate and attentive that you may feel like you have hired a personal concierge, but it is merely part of the commitment to excellence that shines in everything they do here. The family dinners are not to be missed - it seems as if the family has been trained in gourmet Vietnamese cooking - and there’s no shortage of food on offer. Breakfasts are excellent as well (suggest the banana pancakes). Mango smoothies on offer throughout the day for a reasonable price, as well as a stock of refrigerated drinks, and possibly the only supply of refrigerated M&Ms within 100 miles. Our room was clean and cool upon arrival, and the air conditioning kept our living quarters habitable and comfortable through some blistering days (heat index around 120 F). Quy is virtually always around to help with any requests, and always follows through with cheer and a smile. You may not want to leave."
