Good location ”
It’s value if u have a group 6-8 to stay here, it will be fun and the space are good to fit in as a group. Centrum shopping are near by, (walk down hill and up hill) u can find all the daily needs in the supermarket. Distance to Kea Farm & Tanah Rata was 15 minutes away. Overall my family are enjoy this place

Nice place but very bad smell in masterbedroom”
Masterbedroom stinks. Even after changing bedsheets, the smell doesnt go away. One of the bathroom doesnt have water heater. Beside the above, location good, spacious, corner lot with nice view, chilling and sufficient kitchenette for group steamboat .

Dirty and lack of light cooking equipment”
Jenny is responsive and polite with prompt replies. She can answer our questions prior our arrival, even provide video for check-in. She may need to sync up the current condition of the apartment as it was mentioned that we should register our car at guard house but upon arrival, there were no need to register. Jenny was accommodating for an early check in. Only 1 reserved parking were provided but the visitor parking is plenty in the open side parking at the side around the building. Check in was no issue. Upon entering the apartment unit, the floor was sticky, oily and dirty with icky feeling. Kitchen floor was filled with instant noodle waste. It was not a pleasant entrance. Fortunately, there were broom and mop which we use to thoroughly sweep and mop. The result was the mop water was black. We had steamboat dinner at the place with our own steamboat pot despite the place provided with a steamboat pot (non stick bottom are scratched). The plastic bowls, plastic plates, plastic cup and metal utensils were very oily where we need to do a reclean with soap. The fridge is of a good size to keep our steamboat raw foods. As it mentioned kitchen with light cooking, there isn't anything thing to cook with (not even microwave), only an electric steamboat pot. It was a plus that each room have it's own bathroom. However, one of three the bathroom does not have a heater installed at all. We knew it before making the booking via the review but was never mentioned in the description or by the agent officially. The view of the unit is good, facing the Big Red Strawberry park with green hill. Location is good as you could access Centrum in 5min and the Brinchang town in 7min. Privacy of the unit is a little lacking as you will need to pull the shade out curtains so other units won't be able to peep in but the ventilation is plenty as every direction there are windows. It is a little noisy as well because of the windows. I guess it is a trade off to get good ventilation ov

CLEAN but some to improve”
1. House is same as the picture shown. 2. Owner is friendly. 3. Wifi is strong. 4. Bedroom 1, fan is full of dust. 5. Bathroom floor is abit slippery after shower so must wear shoes as provided by owner in every bathroom. 6. Bedroom 3, bathroom don’t have water heater.

The house is overall clean, kitchen utensils are sufficient. But, the mattresses are smelly, only 2 out of 3 rooms have water heaters and 1 of them are not warm enough.
