Awesome Puerto Princesa ”

I won't think twice of staying in Holiday Suites if we decide to visit Puerto Princesa again. + The staffs were very friendly. From the marketing staff I have exchanged emails with regarding our reservation, to the driver who picked us up at the airport, to the check in staffs and even the restaurant crew. They were all attentive to the guests needs and were well trained. + The room was spacious and comfortable to move around. + The food was superb especially their version of danggit - "lamayo." The presentation was also A+! It would have been better if there are more choices on the breakfast menu and if they offer lunch and dinner as well. There are things that they have to improve on though... - The spa area was strategically designed near the pool area. However it does not have any fan/aircon which makes it so humid. - We were guaranteed that the underground river tour will only be until 1400hrs and so we will be back at the hotel around 1500hrs. Just on time for our flight back to MNL at 1850hrs. At 1400hrs, we were still waiting for our turn at the underground river tour. The travel agency's driver had to rush back to the hotel so we won't miss our flight. The roads were steep. Not to mention, we were not the only couple in the van. We were with a family with 2 children, 2 ladies and 3 other arabs. They all had to go through the same inconvenience. (Im not sure though if it's Holiday Suites' fault or the travel agency) One thing I've learned was not to schedule any tour on your last day in Puerto Princesa. It is advisable that you allot your whole day for any tour.

We stayed here june 9-12, 2018 Pro: 1. the location of the hotel is very convenient because robinson's mall is only a walking distance. 2. The hotel has a free airport transfer and recreational facilities such a billiards, pingpong and swimming pool ... 3. you can also book their tour packages... the hoiliday suites offer various tour such as underground river tour, honda bay , tour, city tour, firefly and more. 4. the staff were friendly and helpful.... all my inquires and request were attended properly 5. the room were clean and spacious, all facilities in the room were functioning properly 6. food was great and price wise; they have also complimentary drinks upon arrival Con 1. the rooms that was first given to me was great but when it started raining; rain water started to seep in through walls and windows ..... BUT upon request the hotel staff was able to transfer me to a room hassle free OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY; I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IF WE VISIT PUERTO PRINCESA

Comfortable stay in central located hotel”

I stayed here 1 night and it is good located in front of Robinsons mall. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a nice swimmingpool the room is modern and comfortable. The hotel has a free transport service to and from airport. There is easy choice of trycicle or other transportations to restaurants in Nido Town Proper of which i recomend to make reservation in Princesa´s best restaurant Kalui. I had my Uneerrground river tour reserved in my first Puerto Princesa stay before going to el Nido and i guess this hotel will have the same service of making a Underground River rservation in advance.

Holiday Suites 6/4 to 6/8”

3 Puerto Princesa City Courts packed my hearings June 4 to 8 - and I know the right place for me - Holiday Suites. It is conveniently located near Robinsons Mall, Crossfit Hieroglyphs and 2.1 k. away from San Jose Terminal (New Market where you can buy dried fish at 1/5th the Manila City prices). Holiday Suites is one of the few offering breakfast buffets - which I much need given my busy lawyer schedule

The hotel pool is very nice”

We are very satisfied with the hotel's services, very far from the airport, from the bus station very close, but they have a free shuttle van, you can imagine every time you step out of the airport holding a sign the person you meet is a very moving thing . Opposite is the largest mall in Puerto Princesa Robinson, shopping and dining very convenient. The hotel rooms are large, adequate facilities, but the bathroom is not a good decoration, food will certainly attract a lot of ants. Finally, I want to focus on introducing the pool, very, very five-star feeling. I left the next day on the recommendation of a friend booked a room.

Affordable and convenient”

The room looked a lot bigger in the photos. However, it had everything we needed for our quick stay at Puerto Princesa. Across the road is Robinsons Place mall for your dining and shopping needs. There are plenty of public transportation out front if you need to go to the city center, which is about 10-15 mins away. Breakfast was just ok. We had the pool to ourselves on our first day, so we really enjoyed that. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I went to Puerto Princesa as a solo traveler and felt safe with the entire hotel’s accommodation. My tour is a DIY and so i have been asking a lot of info on how to get to this place and that, how much it would cost me to commute, etc. and the staffs (driver, receptionist) are very informative. I also enjoyed the pool by myself. The lifeguard is friendly and approachable and would attend to my needs. The place is right infront of Robinsons place. It is a great location esp. if you have an appointment at PP’s DFA office.

Very nice hotel for few days in puerto princesa. Swimming pool is beautiful. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Room is clean. They pick up us at the airport and terminal to take bus. We enjoy our stay overthere.

Best Hotel in Puerto Princesa Hands Down”

You could throw a stone from your room at Robinson's Department store the premier shopping center in Puerto Princesa. I stayed at 7 different hotels in Puerto with pools, and this was by far the best one. You cannot beat this location if your life depended on it. The pool was pristine, with great chairs to sit on. Staff tried to put in me in smaller room than what I paid for, but I caught it right away and they changed me. Caution.

I have nothing to say negative about Holiday Suites.. From picking up at the airport to early check in.. They will e-mail and text you regarding your arrival time and date. Very accommodating, friendly staffs.. They have free airport transfer, with welcome drinks. and even you can request for an early check in. .. Nice, clean and spacious room. We will still choose and book this hotel for our another trip next year.

Nice place - good value”

We had a great stay at Holiday Suites for 3 nights. Found their communications through Agoda excellent. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. We spent most of our time laying beside their great pool. The hotel is opposite a large Robinson’s Mall and they provided us a complimentary ride to the airport. The include breakfast was satisfactory enough to let you going in the morning

My friend and I stayed in Holiday Suites for 2 nights. The location is perfect since it is very close to Robinsons. They also offered a free transportation to and from the airport. The staffs were friendly and the room is tidy. They clean the room regularly. The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast but it's not really a major issue since you can just cross the street and have breakfast at robinsons. i would highly recommend this place to my friends and will definitely stay here again.

Indelible and genuine travel experience”

Our stay in Palawan was our best travel experience so far. The experience won't be that good if the hotel did not offer a comfy and great accommodation. What we like most is the location as it is just across Robinson's place where you can easily buy stuff that you need. The staff maintains cleanliness and orderliness every day. However, it would have been best if they included free breakfast because we got feedback that other hotels offer this as part of the hotel accommodation and even with a lower room price. Also, the restaurant only serves breakfast buffet hence we have to go to Robinson's to find a resto where we can eat. Also, a coffee shop we can hang out after a tiring city tour and Island hopping is another perk that they can have. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and our Palawan experience was definitely a blast.

Great value good location”

Perfect location. Its a good pick up point to see the rest of Puerto Princesa and just in front of a huge mall with different sorts of restaurant, also close to the airport. We love the pool, except for swim class that occupies the pool until 7pm so if you want to relax its not possible:)

Great Hotel”

Holiday Suites is a nice place. The hotel had a pool and towels provided by the hotel. They have a massage room right next to the pool area which was a great place to relax. The bar/dining area was also next to the pool so everything was in the one place. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Great location,Big room, but limited amenities”

we arrived at Puerto Princesa Airport 5mins before the driver pick us up, the hotel is just 10mins away from the airport,and just across Robinsons Palawan, the room is big with own toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, there's lcd tv, closet, and a water heater for coffee,there's no mini bar/ref where you can have a cold drinks, no dining table for two so you can have your breakfast in the room, no small sofa so you can relax while your mate is having a massage service, no wifi on rooms, only at the lobby, no restaurant, just the frotea which is a refreshment bar who caters their free breakfast.. on the other hand, the hotel is newly built, so the condition of the hotel is great as well as the cleanliness,they can still improve their services as they go along..

Nice small hotel across from Robinsons Mall”

It was a very pleasant stay and was located right across the street from Robinsons mall. The staff was very professional and was attentive for all our needs including airport pickup, tour pick up times, scheduling for airport drop off and all our requests. We stayed for four days and the front desk knew our names by the end of the first day. The rooms are quite large but dated. Wifi was adequate and quite fast considering all the feedback that said Palawan has slow internet. Breakfast was buffet style and had five options and includes a fruit and bread table. The swimming pool was of nice size and provide a comfortable environment to relax. The only downside is the room did not have a safe. I would definitely go back again because of their location.

Value for money”

We requested for an early check in and they accommodate it. They even had a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. Staff are nice. The hotel is just across Robinsons Palawan where you can shop or dine. We just have a little problem with the key card. The door won't open. Overall it's a good experience.

Pros: located just across Robinson's Palawan so it is accessible to various fast food locations, which you wouldn't have to ride a tricycle and spend money on fare. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Cons: located on a very busy road so even at night you would hear tricycles, jeeps which is pretty annoying if u want to sleep . Behind our room is a construction site which is not a good place to look at. We were at a room where everyone could see you entering and exiting the room which I think is not good , privacy is what we need right?
