The Best Hotel in Rayong”

This is the newest and tallest hotel in Rayong. It is right in the city center, next to a big shopping mall (walking distance). The service, decoration, amenities are similar to other 5 star hotels. The hotel also has the only rooftop bar and restaurant in Rayong (called Elementi) on the 30th floor with awesome international food.

The hotel is located at the center of Rayong city and next to Passionate Shopping Mall which made it so much convenience for staying. Nearby there is also local food market (evening). Facilities are new and well maintenance.

The staffs were friendly, the hotel is located right in the city centre of Rayong and it’s so easy to find. The hotel looks new and clean.

Ten star hotel ”

No cons only pros this hotel is Brand new everything is clean the sheets and bed are so comfortable and soft the breakfast is the best I have ever seen in a hotel in the world what ever food you want they have it and 7 star all clean and tasty the staff can't do enough for you The pool on the 29floor is a must see and the bar restaurant on the 30th floor has the views like you have not seen before everything about this hotel is first class will stay every time we visit Rayong we have family there so we visit often

Room is nice, but front staff are too arrogant. No greetings with smile. ”

The room, the location are perfect! The front staff on the night of Sep. 6, especially the female one was too arrogant to accept. You will find similar other hotels with the similar rate but more good attitude staff. In this difficult time for business, skillful people are jobless. Holiday Inn Rayong should hire ones with better service mind.

Weekend sporting break”

Excellent hotel, freindly helpful staff. Food in the restraunts was first class. Only downside was it was very windy when we visited the pool, located on the 29th floor. The weather not the fault of the hotel but made our swim a little chilly. But we will return when we are next in Rayong, overall the hotel is excellent.

Everything is good except the car parking ”

Everything is good as you can expect from the world class hotel chain. However, the car parking will let you down. Narrow, hard to turn your car, steep, not sufficient parking lots. You can see evidence on the wall from the beginning of parking building. This needs to be improved as soon as possible otherwise people will choose another hotel in Rayong instead.

The hotel is in the center of Rayong, near The passion shopping mall. The room is clean and modern. The breakfast is nice. It is really worth for money.

Fantastic breakfast ”

This hotel is brandnew and it shows . Clean nice rooms , no street noise , in fact no noise at all . Breakfast was a very nice surprise , worthy of a 5-star hotel . Even icecream ! Very good choice of bread , cold and warm dishes . Location is good , next to supermarkets . Rooftop swimming pool with great city view . Highly recommended , for that price .

Centrally located hotel in Rayong with all amenities”

My mom and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. The only complain is that indoor parking can be very challenging to drive up and down similar to parking area in Baiyoke tower in Bangkok. Besides the parking everything else was kept to Holiday Inn standard.

The location is located at center city which near the department store and easy to go. All staff excellent service always smile and the facilities inside hotel are great for example fitness, restaurant, swimming pool and etc.

Hotel room very clean with nice stuff, breakfast had lots of options you can choose. Rooftop was very nice with incredible city view and you can enjoy cocktails here. Recommend!!

The hotel is still very new with relaxing ambience. Located in city center next to Passione mall and not too far to drive to the beach. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We were having great stay here!

New, comfortable”

The bed was excellent. Scenery from window excellent. When we stayed we had to use the adjacent hotel's swimming pool, because the Holiday Inn one was under repair. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic pool and helpful staff”

We booked a 2 bedroom suites on the 27th floor, the view is very nice. It would be nicer if we could face the sea cuz we saw how good it is from the executive lounge. Staff are friendly and helpful, we were wondering where we could go at night and they recommended the night market, it's not as good as other night markets in Thai but we could spend a good 2 hours around. The swimming pool on the 29th floor is amazing!! Breakfast was fine but could be better.
