Wish things worked”

The hotel was okay. Comfortable beds. Clean room. When looking for a hotel, I wanted one with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was not working at all. 9 young children (some with water wings) played in the jacuzzi and it was nasty. Before you book, call the hotel to make sure the amenities you are paying for works. Also, it would have been nice if towels were available at the pool.

Great Staff...But...”

This facility does not represent the Holiday Inn brand well. The rooms are dark and dank. There was mold on the back of the lamp shade next to the bed. Felt more like a cell than a room. The facility needs and entire renovation and attention to detail to represent the brand.

I thought I was getting a great deal for a double bed room until I checked in and was told that there is a $100 non refundable pet fee per animal per night.. Would not recommend if you're traveling with a pet(s)

70's”

Bed, unbelievably hard along with the pillows, toilet was made for short people, fan in bathroom REALLY loud. I am 61 yrs and 6'3" with a very bad shoulder. Couldn't find a comfortable position in the bed because it was SOOOOO hard and the pillows would not conform because they were hard as well. The toilet was soooo low it was hard to sit down and harder to get up. The light in the bathroom turned on with a switch which also turned on the exhaust fan which was so loud my wife in the bedroom area had to turn up the TV to hear it. Speaking of the TV, I hope you are not in a hurry to turn it on, see the weather and run because it took FOREVER to power up, find a channel and give a picture, probably 5 minutes each time we turned it on. Lastly there was no extra covers or blankets in the room what so ever.
