Attentive staff got us a quite room on request. Location is good, close to the center and the square but quite. However venue could improve some amenities like the iron (which was very basic and barely had any effectiveness when used properly) and the coffee machine is missing. Rooms are small. But clean. Bathroom is clean and good. Tip for guests AND hotel staff: bring or make google chromecast available. Simple way to watch your favorite shows on the television. Car parc was affordable for 12€ a night and note that August is a quite month in Reims! Also Consider booking hotels in smaller villages in the route du champagne!

convinient hotel for sightseeing & dinner”

We read comments on the parking of this hotel and decided to park outside parking. It was 500m away but only 2.7euro for 24H. We were told that room clean service would end until 14h, so we got out earlier than we planned, but when we were back, we found the bed sheets were the same one which we used the night before and tea set was also not changed though the room seemed cleaned up.

The hotel is a block away from the main drag.Although it is currently undergoing renovation we found them of little inconvenience the breakfast, which is good was located on the ground floor. the hotel front desk has excellent staff who were very helpful

The waiter at the café/bar was fantastic. I was able to fumble thru my French and he was very helpful, kind, and funny.

Il faut renouveler les produits de la salle de bain exemple le bloc de savon complètement collé ainsi que les mini gel douche totalement inutilisable car sec à l'intérieur

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de séjourner dans cet hôtel lors d un court séjour dans la ville natale de mon mari nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis ici comme à la maison grâce à un accueil professionnel et gentil la chambre 2 lits est spacieuse et très bien aménagée Alliant confort fonctionnalité et esthétisme mention spéciale à la literie exceptionnelle les petits déjeuners pris à côté du roof top avec vue romantique sur les toits de Reims incluant un bout de cathédrale et le stade de Reims sont généreux savoureux et incluent la dimension Healthy ils justifient de leur prix un mot encore sur l emplacement idéal dans un quartier calme et classe d ou l on se rend en quelques minutes vers la place d Erlon et la gare nous allons loger à nouveau dans le Holiday Inn de Reims lors de nos futurs séjours dans cette ville chère à nos cœurs

Ett trevligt bemötande med personalen. Hotellrummet ser ganska okej. Bra och renlighet på vissa ställen. Däremot är Rooftop på hotellet ett måste att besöka. Enastående utsikt med superbra utbud. Bra frukost och ambitiösa personal.
