Love this hotel”
Everything was excellent.. Very highly recommanded.. 😊😊 1. Room was spacious, very clean and tidy 2. Swimming Pool also very big and suitable for family with kids.. my family enjoy it so much. 3. Food also very nice.. so many choice and delicious. Although The PKPP SOP was applied.. they are still give us a buffet.. with very friendly staff entertaining us. Breakfast is free for kids under 12 years old.. 4. Staff was also friendly, with smiling face almost every time.. and help us a lot during our stay. thanks for All the staff and management of Holiday Inn for a very memorable stay.. next time my trip to malacca.. I will stay here again .. for sure and insyaallah

This hotel exceeded my expectations, right from the point I parked my car in the building. There was ample parking at the basement. Hotel lobby was very clean and modern, with very friendly check in staff. Room was clean and spacious, with all basic toiletries provided. I loved the infinity pool very much, overlooking the straits of Malacca. Location of the hotel was also good, malls are just opposite the road, and not too far from Jonker street by car (hotel provides shuttle service as well). Lastly, the buffet breakfast spread was good, with delicious nasi lemak and roti canai and etc. Well done Holiday Inn Melaka! Will definitely come again!

Excellent stay, one of the best in Melaka”
I was impressed throughout my stay there. Both staff at Reception were courteous and responded to my request immediately (Herley and Zamir, pls excuse me if I got their names wrong). The room is very clean, especially the shower booth, squeaky clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I was able to get my needed rest. And not to forget, the breakfast service is just amazing, the buffet spread is bountiful, and the freshly squeezed juice is a very nice touch. Definitely will come back to here if I'm in the town.

Everything was great and fantastic! Clean, stylish and spacious room with superb Seaview. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Breakfast was so marvelous and delicious with a lot of choices. Front office team, kitchen team & F&B team were very helpful and friendly with excellent service to the guest! Very good and respect with all Hotel teams with following to the SOP as per regulations. We had a brilliant stay! Real value for money. Well done and Good Job Holiday Inn! Extremely nicest comfortable bed n pillows as they have firm & soft elongated shaped. Air con is cool enough. As I have check in late, the room already been set on air conditioning, therefore, what a relief!! Housekeeping is excellent. Only thing is the bathtub at 908 room a bit stressful to release water after bath. Conveniently to shop at nearby Plaza Mahkota. Thank you for awesome team.

Excellent Weekend Getaway”
We stayed here for one night for the weekend. It was a pleasant stay and wonderful experience, the hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and the adhered to SOP. The breakfast buffet was the standard Malaysian breakfast buffet and I love it. And hotel is located within 15 minutes of the places interests like Jonker Street, A Famosa and the Stadhuys.

Pros - check in and check out process was hassle free - especially when you booked a room via online apps. Breakfast spread was great and tasty food. The swimming pool is clean and huge. Also you have to make a booking due to only limited number of people can enter the pool at a time. Room is superb with comfy pillows and bed. Best experience ever. Cons - NIL

NICE HOLIDAY FOR US AFTER LONG PKP”
We had a very calm and great holiday at the hotel. We took 3 rooms. Even though the check in process was quite late but En Daniel from the front desk really worked hard for it. He eventually managed to settle up the process until we all checked in. Thank you to En Daniel for the tremendous customer service. We also would like to thank En Zamir for helping us with all the luggage. Overall I would give 5 star for the customer service. The pool was great. They limit the number of people in pool which is good. The food was really good. Thumbs up to all!!

My first time in Holiday Inn Melaka though I have been to Melaka numerous times - and I decided to stay here again in the future. Despite the excellent location, I’m happy with he quality of services. Came here during post MCO, so temperature screening and all those precautions were taken to ensure safety and compliance. It was executed well. Check-in process was smooth. And maybe it was due to post MCO, so the number of guests were also less, despite it was a weekend. The room - gorgeous. No comment. Exceed expectation. Nice view too! Breakfast - No buffet was served (due to government rules). It was served ala-carte, few waiters to take your order and serve, so expect a delay! It could be improved though... I used the shuttle service to the town though I can drive but you know the hassle of finding a parking around there - and it was super helpful. Since the trip back to the hotel is scheduled every 2 hours, I took Grab back to the hotel which just cost me RM6 from Dataran Pahlawan. Overall it was a perfect stay!

Value for money, great stay, clean hotel”
Me and my finance traveled to Melaka for a 4 day 3 night stay in Holiday Inn Melaka. The hotel staff was really friendly and arranged for an executive floor room for us, with great view of the city of Melaka. The room was clean and huge. Breakfast was provided in the deal that we've booked and the breakfast spread was great. The only point to note is that try not to go for breakfast at 10.20am as there will be limited selections left (breakfast finishes at 10.30am). Nonetheless, the variety of breakfast selection (from cooked food to poached eggs to teh tarik to roti canai etc.) was great! The staffs working at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly too. One small issue with our stay is that the hotel was not able to provide cotton pads when it's clearly written on the display card in the room toilet that such item can be requested from the reception. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

The room was super clean. The room with sea view also very nice and breathtaking. The breakfast buffet also superb with a lot of choices. My favourite was the pastries. Staff also polite and helpful. Definitely will stay here again. Our stay was so perfect.

Nice stay, good location”
It’s located in the heart of Melaka. Near to everywhere. The only thing is that you can’t cross the main road from the hotel to Dataran Pahlawan area, still need to drive. The room is nice and clean, the size is okay. Hotel staff are all very polite. Overall it was a nice stay in the hotel.

Exceptional”
Pro : the place is near for pasar malam, dataran pahlawan and eateries. Shuttle available to Dataran Pahlawan on weekends and PH. Place is clean and safe for children. Carpark is clean and spacious. Cons: some miscommunication about the room. Booked for Straits view but got another room instead. Overall, everything is fine.

This hotel is very clean.. The staff is also friendly and try their best to accommodate request.. The only minus point is their WiFi.. Its not that strong in rooms. And also for breakfast should have option for Indian dishes. Roti Canai, Tosai and Vadai would be a great option as well.

Send the es.sensse kitchen cook for an intensive training on cooking traditional malay foods. I had "daging masak hitam" and it was frustating. My mother in laws cooks way more delicious than what i had in the restaurant 😅
