          Location was near the airport
          There was zero shuttle, was told it was down but would be running next year… thanks. Very unhelpful. Only way to get to the airport was taxi and taxi drivers don’t like to come down Power Street and was told by the taxi companies that this hotel often has this issue.

          Room&#47;Facility was very clean. Good location, close to restaurants, freeway, and shops.
          The day before check out, we asked the front desk for our towels to be replaced along with additional coffee pods and coffee cups before leaving for the day. When we returned late that evening, that was not done. On our check out day, the cleaning crew started knocking on the room door at 845 (with the sign hanging outside our door). Let them know we were still in the room, then started vacuuming the hall right outside our door playing vulgar rap music very loudly. Knocked again at 10am…check out time is 11am, it was a Saturday morning and our last day of vacation. Hotel guests should not be bothered until posted check out time especially with the sign posted outside the room door.

          Cleanliness of the room, location of the property and breakfast in the morning. I also felt very safe based on the location of the property along with the comfort of the bed.
          The nighttime clerk who checked me in was not very friendly. I felt that she didn&#39;t share any information about the facility, breakfast, wifi connectivity along with anything else other than just checking me in.

          check in was a breeze! it was late, we were tired, and it was quick and easy. then straight to our room. The young man at the front desk was genuine, helpful and friendly! I believe his name was Ahanti. The hotel was clean, as was our room. It smelled fresh, and I didn’t see anything the cleaning staff missed. Plenty of fresh clean towels in the bathroom. I also like the layout of these rooms. the beds are placed far into the room so that you aren’t right next to the door with a lot of hallway noise. We didn’t have any noise through walls either. I always enjoy a Holiday inn express because they have really comfortable beds! (other than the pillows) we slept so well in fact, we allowed ourselves to sleep an extra hour than we had planned.
          The only negative is that the pillows are terrible. luckily there are plenty of them, but I do wish they would invest in some quality pillows to go with the quality mattresses the are known for having.

          Promised to clean the room when we left for the day at 8am yet never did and when we returned they could not clean the room and we slept in an uncleaned room. Staff didn&#39;t seem to care about this or other issues. All of the washing machines were out of order. Had to ask two days in a row to bring up a roll away bed. Over all staff was not friendly and very unaccommodating.
