Location of the property is very close to Val d europe shopping center, 8mins walk to Val&#39;d europe RER station thru the shopping mall and from there 1 stop to Disneyland.
Apartment is old and host promised remote opening is available. Due to train delay we came late at 11 and host couldn&#39;t open the door remotely as the door is struck. Host came from paris to open the door which took about 1hr and we had to wait outside until 1 in the night.

Goos Value for a City Break”

The property is very nicely located right beside restaurants and shops. it is about a 1km walk from the train station to take you to Paris city centre or to Disneyland. The staff were prompt when we called to be let into the unit. The instructions that were sent were excellent. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The apartment is ideal for a city break when you will spend time sightseeing and eating out.
The apartment could do with a refresh - a lot of the paintwork had stains, especially the ceiling in the bathroom. The sofa also needs a good clean. There was also heavy dust on some surfaces (eg where the hairdryer is on the wall). Also it seemed like there was no smoke alarm - it looked like one had been on the ceiling but was removed.

There were no mirrors apart from bathroom. Need to warn drivers about underground parking not being suitable for high vehicles&#47; roof boxes.

The location was amazing. We were visiting both Disneyland and Paris. The apartment we had was just beside the back of the shopping centre. So we walked about 10 to 15 minutes if we wanted to get the train to Paris city and then if we wanted to go to Disney we simply walked there since it only took 15 minutes by walking. The apartment was spacious for 4 adults and had everything we would need. The fridge was off when we came in and we had to turn it on but that isnt an issue, it was probably just cleaned before us. They let us drop off our luggage at 1pm in the apparent. There was someone there cleaning at the time and we simply left our luggage and went to the shopping centre and waiting until 3pm for actual arrival. The person cleaning didn&#39;t seem to mind The shower was easy to use, we had a nice view and everything was clean.
Nothing major just some small things It would be nice if they gave us more than one kitchen towel to dry the dishes, there was a dish washer but we didnt feel the need to use it. I have seen comments on toilet paper and I dont know why they dont leave more but they only left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 6 days. We did have to go buy our own The neighbours also were doing some construction at 9am for the first 3 days .... not the property fault but we also weren&#39;t notified of this.

Great location. There is a lot of space in the apartment.
The apartment is very much in need of some love and care. Wallpaper has stains and damages everywhere. No decorations, not anywhere. There used to be something on the wall I think because you could see the outlines. A lot of things werre broken. Electric plugs that were not working. One was coming loose from the wall. Lightbulbs that need to be replaced. You can tell that the owner of this apartment hasn&#39;t been staying here for a long long time.

I came from delay flight at 11:30 pm, and leave by 10:00 am. I did not found 60 € for cleaning in my booking .. !!??? ,, and it is too much for me ... one night with family + 60 € cleaning + safety refund deposit within 7 days ... !!??? The staff thankfully send me the receipt detail, I was shocked .. and this details was not in my booking.

When we originally booked using the location map we thought that the apartment was near to the station. However, the address used for booking is not the apartment we were put in. The address is in fact just the &quot;office&quot; they operate out of. From what I gather they have many apartments around the area so it&#39;s pot luck where you end up. We were in fact a 20 - 25 min walk from the station through the shopping centre. Not ideal after a long day at Disneyland. Had we known this prior to paying we would have booked elsewhere. Would not stay here again for this reason as the children found it too much after the long days in the parks.

The location: It next to the mall Val d’Europe and 1 min walk to the outletshopping la valle village. You can drive to disney in 5 min or public transportation. It’s good for a family because while you wife is out shopping you can stay indoor resting from a long day at Disney Park and when hungry go eat at the mall. Very good Italien restaurant inside.
Wifi is very bad and the toilet seat need to be repaired. Need to improve on that.
