Small but modern hotel, only a short walk from the noise. I rented a scooter from them and they didn't seem too fussed on paperwork, a lot of trust on their side. It's a very honest town I found out. They did a really great job sorting out my travel options too, and without commission. I will definitely be sending my friends here in future.

Just OK to save money”
Come here only if you really need to save money. The price is good, but because of the smell that comes from the bathroom, I would choose a different place to stay. Cleanliness was not great either. Hygiene standards are just different in Vietnam, so you have to be careful.

Amazing place and staff were faultless”
This place was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us. We could use the bicycles for free which we thought was a good touch. Fresh fruit or a fruit smoothie were waiting in a room every day which was such a nice gesture. We got upgraded when we arrived, the room felt luxury and was very clean. We have been backpacking for 3 months and this was the best place we have stayed so far. Value for money was excellent, we could of stayed longer than 5 nights.

Dirty and stinky”
Sorry,just to be honest…when we enter the room i feel dirty and stinky…you can see the table it did not wipe clean…the bathroom smell like garbage…you can see the mold and the dirt in the toilet bowl..uncontrollable water heater in the shower..very difficult,it so hot little adjustment quickly cold and ohh the bed i didnt trust also so i buy lots of alcohol to spray all over the pillow and into the bed sheet and to the comforter… i hope they can read this so they shall thoroughly cleanup the whole place…we’re still in pandemic they should disinfect and clean thoroughly the place after guest leave

Worth the price”
The place is so closed to the old town. Very clean and warm host with reasonable price. The location is wonderful, just a few minutes walking to the old town. The room is cozy, small but decent. Recommended for traveling alone or in group.

Great Villa with great service !”
The location is a very short walk from the Ancient Town, set alongside the Thu Bon River. Everything in Hoian Royal Villa is good. The room is clean and bright. It is fit to everyone. We had a room, which was very comfortable with a good bed, good air con, good wifi - in fact, everything about the room was exceptional. All the staffs are friendly and politely and give a lots good advices for us to plan our hoi an journey. We would like to come again next time.

Hôtel très bien placé et en plus la location de vélo est gratuite ! Seul bémol, la chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre mis à part celle qui donne sur le couloir de l’hôtel. Déplus elle était minuscule et aucune ventilation pour la salle de bain. Du coup beaucoup d’humidité.
