Exceptional”
My husband and I LOVED Hoi An Garden Palace Hotel & Spa!! We stayed here for the majority of our trip in Hoi An, and we absolutely loved the staff--everyone was kind, friendly, and patiently helped us learn a little Vietnamese! This city TRULY stole our hearts, and a big part of that special feeling we left with, was just how excellent our stay was at the Garden Palace. Super convenient location between Ancient town and the beach, and easy to ride to and from town daily on the FREE bicycles they give you each day. Magical!!!

Gorgeous property and helpful staff”
I stayed at Hoi An Garden Palace for two nights in mid August. While it was scorching hot out in Hoi An, the hotel was an oasis. The pool and grounds were well maintained and the rooms were clean and well appointed - mine had a small private balcony and plenty of light. The staff were very gracious and super helpful accommodating a last minute change of check in date for me due to visa issues. Free use of a bike was really great to get to the beach/etc. and the hotel is a short walk (~15 minutes) from the old city area. Hotel was able to arrange for transport to and from the airport for me no problem. Highly recommended!

Lovely Hotel with great kitchen and friendly staff”
Hoi An Garden Palace Hotel and Spa is a very beautiful bijou near the center and the beach. The breakfast and the kitchen is excellent. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was really lovely and clean. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and can highly recommend the place.

Beautiful friendly boutique hotel in great location”
We loved our stay at the Garden Palace. The staff were so friendly and wanted to help in any way. We loved the French inspired architecture and decor (light and airy) with restaurant opening on to the pool and garden area. The breakfast was generous with many options to suit all tastes, inc children. The location was excellent, only 5 min / 30,000 VND (<$2AUD) taxi ride from central markets and township with free shuttle offered as well. The pool was lovely and because the hotel was relatively small, you didn't feel crowded by other guests. I would happily and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and intimate family-friendly hotel. (Tip: if you want adjoining rooms, be sure to ask at booking.)

Simply Perfect”
My mother and I had such a pleasant stay here. The staff welcomed us with big smiles and we're very informative about travelling tips and ensuring that we experience the best of Hoi An. The architecture, style and garden is ridiculously pretty and cosy. That being said, the room is spacious enough for me to practise my daily yoga! We used their free bicycles (very secure and comfy), free shuttle service, the pool (they ensured was kept cool with massive ice blocks) and a taxi into town was only 30 000. During the day it was so quiet and peaceful to relax and super easy to get into town where it's all happening! The cherry on top is the exceptional service the staff had to offer. We will be back.

Best garden, pool, quiteness”
I come here with my whole family including my parents, my older sister and her children. We stayed in suite family which was connected by 2 Regular Rooms. It was large and so cozy for Family accomodation. What a stunning view from our balconies. The pool is lovely and surrounded by flowers, green trees, Higly recommend it for pp who love to immerse into the nature. The location of hotel is so convinient. Free borrow for bycicles. 5-7mins cycling for Hoi an downtown and 10-15 mins cycling for Cua Dai or An Bang beach (or just 50.000Vnd with a 7seat taxi from here to Cua Dai beach) I hope to come back here soon. Beautiful garden/pool and exceptional staff”
We stayed here for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. We have been to Hoi An quite a few times and have stayed at many hotels and guesthouses; this place definitely stands out! We are all vegan and their breakfast buffet offers only limited vegan options but they cooked something for us everyday and even bought soya milk for us! All the staff is very friendly and try to help with whatever you need. One of the best things about this hotel is the stunning pool and relaxing They offer free bikes and a regular shuttle bus to the old town and An Bang beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing hotel with great service, look no further!

Wonderful place to stay!”
I'm an Aussie, living and working in nearby Da Nang. My friends and I make regular weekend jaunts to Hoi An and this is our favourite place to stay. For me, everything about it is good: rooms, location, pool, staff, meals/breakfast, housekeeping and especially the value for money! In particular, the staff without exception are always helpful - special mention to SA, Phuong and the manageress (sorry, forgotten your name). As a side note, consider taking time out to see the Hoi An Impressions show - you won't be disappointed.

I live and work in Da Nang and regularly spend the weekend with friends in Hoi An. This is my favourite hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the location is very good, very nice pool - it represents great value - and the staff are wonderful!

Nice but noisy”
Hotel is fine with very nice staff. Unfortunately theres a hotel being built next door which meant drilling hammering and grinding from 6am most days. Hotel has stone floors so every sound echoes. Its not the easiest place to sleep in. But staff very sweet and friendly. Hoi An is a great little place with great beaches except Cui Dai beach .

Great hotel and staff”
This hotel was well above our expectations-the building and gardens are stunning.The pool is fantastic and the rooms are well thought out and not lacking room.The building and rooms have a French flavour about them.There is a shuttle service to both beach and town centre or you can use their bikes to get around.The staff cannot do enough for you and are always smiling and helpful.Lastly the breakfast is one of the best we have had for variety and quality.We will stay there again.

Quite good, nice staff”
The hotel is located on a narrow street, so if we travel in a large group, I wonder if the coach can drop us at front of the hotel. The front of the hotel is also quite small, and I barely see anything from outside, it also is covered bushes of trees and a small wall (which have the name of the hotel on it). But when go inside, the hotel's quite large, the wall was painted in white so it looks romantic for me. Rooms are quite, clean, classic and very nice furniture, each room has back door access to the green garden. Staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel has free gym facilities that you can access anytime, a spa that you get 20% off, a free swimming pool, a free billiards table and free bicycles for borrow. I think this hotel gonna suite for groups of friends or a small family.

Nice hotel when the weather is good”
This hotel is 2.5 kms from Hoi An old city centre. Although, it is not a pleasurable walk, it would be fine providing the weather is good which is not the case in December. The breakfast was okay and the hotel rather quiet which suited us perfectly. There is a swimming pool that looked really nice too. The hotel is a lovely old colonial building.

It's beautiful place. I had a room with terrace and didn't want to leave it...feels like home, amazing view on the garden. The room is modern and clean, with very comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the center but far enough to be very quiet. Great breakfast.

A great place to stay”
The hotel is excellent in every way. I had a large comfortable room that was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional. The restaurant also serves a very good dinner, so do not pass it by. And, if you feel like a rest, they have a pool. It is about a mile, or a little more from the old town attractions, but the hotel can arrange a free shuttle. I walked in and back several days. I certainly would return.

Amazing Staff to welcome you to Hoi An”
This hotel is further away from the old quarter, which is exactly what i wanted a little more peace and quiet. The rooms are great and I enjoyed the luxury Bathtubs! The breakfast is delicious and the dinner menu has lots of options. It was wonderful to relax at the pool and use their free bikes to explore the countryside. The staff was very friendly and eager to help you enjoy your holiday. They made me feel right at home, dont hesitate to book your holiday with them.

Nice hotel. Poor location”
Beautiful hotel, well landscaped garden and ground. The room is brightly lit but small. Odd layout of bathroom, no separate shower, very small separate toilet and no door but curtain for privacy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure stay was comfortable. There were ants problem in our room and the staff quickly changed us to another room and everyone from housekeeping to front office were very apologetic the next day. We stayed in 2 other hotels before moving here and found the breakfast spread has very limited choices. There were flies at the outdoor breakfast area and need to be looked into. The hotel should install electronic fly catcher. I had mild food poisoning when I reached home in the evening. The hotel is not in a convenient location and not within walking distance to the ancient town. However regular shuttle bus services are provided. This is a beautiful hotel and I cannot fault but I do not think I will stay again due to my experiences during my stay.
