Absolutely wonderful!”

We were so glad that we picked Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa for our stay in Hoi An. It was absolutely perfect and the staff was so service-minded. It's a fairly new hotel and they're still building here and there but nothing that'll annoy you for sure. We stayed in the biggest room - the Club Suite - and if you wanna spoil yourself this is really nice, especially with the outdoor bathtub and the terrace with sun chairs for relaxing. We went to the spa the day after arrival and wasn't disappointed. My boyfriend had a 90 min deep tissue massage and I had the same as well as a 30-minute salt body scrub and a 30-minute aloe vera and honey body wrap. After finishing I was offered a cup of tea and a small snack. They had a promotion for 50% off for all treatments as they just opened recently - so very affordable. We borrowed the hotel bicycles for free and went to An Bang Beach for a full day - really nice ride and very easy to find. We didn't mind that the hotel wasn't located in the centre of Hoi An. We could've used the hotel's free shuttle buses that went to both An Bang Beach and Hoi An centre several times a day, but we forgot about it and went by cab instead. It was a short 10-minute drive and cost around 80-90.000 vdn. We had dinner at the hotel twice which was really good. No complaints at all. The breakfast was good as well with the possibility to have a freshly cooked omelette, scrambled eggs etc. The only recommendation would be to cover the fresh meats and fruit so the small flies can't access it as easily. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect and we will for sure recommend it to everyone staying in Hoi An.

Quality service and true eco”

I LOVED my stay at the Eco Lodge!!! From the moment I arrived and changed my mind about doing a tour a million times and asked if I could check in early, the staff was incredibly patient with me and accommodating to my needs. I took full advantage of the gorgeous pool, the incredible breakfast buffet, the free shuttle and the spa! The staff went above and beyond to meet guest needs. I especially want to say thank you to Thuy! She was an angel. I also arranged a car to the airport with a very good, safe driver. I am really looking forward to coming back to the Hoi An Eco Lodge! It made my whole trip to Vietnam special. I would also like to add that I didn’t see one piece of plastic during my time there (no plastic straws too!)... In order to conserve energy, there are no elevators (only 2 floors, safe stairs and luggage delivery service), they use solar panels and the entire staff was Vietnamese and local. It really was a sustainable environment for all.

Awesome place to stay”

I stayed at Hoi An Eco Lodge and spa for three nights. Lovely and kind staff. Super comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast although there could me more variety of food. Shuttle bus system was very convenient too. Around 10-15mis away from old town and Anbang beach. They picked us up at Da Nang airport when we arrived in Vietnam which was great. Nice and clean swimming pool. Only downside is that i thought there would be gym but there was not. I highly recommend this resort for people staying in Hoi an.

Perfect getaway”

A new hotel which is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape and unwind. Located in a quiet hamlet about 5km from Hoi An's old quarter the Eco lodge offers a very beautiful and relaxing environment. The staff are extra friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable. The TV reception is not clear but that's true of all hotels in Vietnam. The only downside is the spa services - they are only limited to massages, no facials or other treatments. The prices are double what they are in town, but during my stay they had a 50% off promotion so I tried a deep tissue massage. The masseuse was very friendly but she just didn't have the strength to make it a truly effective massage and couldn't understand when I asked her to apply more pressure. Aside from that this really is a lovely place to stay.

Pro - spacious room with balcony - good attentive services from staff, especially the manger who will always enquire about your stay, and request feedback from guests - Relaxing, cozy hotel away from city and hassle of Hoi An old town - Good relaxing spa - most of the staffs speaks decent english - helpful staff who can arrange your transport needs at reasonable prices Con - Being away from the danang city and Hoi An old town. There ain't any mini mart and a only few small local eatries in the area. However the hotel restaurant have pretty decent food and they have shuttle services at scheduled timing to bring you to either Hoi An old town or Chang An beach. Alternatively you can take a walk yourself to explore the area. Can try The Field Bar & Restaurant not too far (about 1km) down the road if you are sick of the hotel restaurant.

Lovely resort!”

We loved our stay at Hoi An Eco Lodge Hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, beds comfy and the pool was wonderful at the end of the day. But the best feature were the amazing staff that made our stay so special – So sorry that I cannot remember name of all of you but we will always remember the many fun conversations. Their service went way beyond our expectations.

Awesome brand new hotel - incredible staff!!”

Actually we stayed 3 nights in this hotel but extended then for 2 more nights because it was one of the best hotels we had in Vietnam. We arrived during Tet holiday with the night bus at 5am in the morning. Usually you can check in at 3 pm in the afternoon but they were so kind and gave us a room this early. The room was quite spacious, clean and very modern.The bed was really big and super soft. The bath was bright, had shower as well as a bathtub. We had a nice balcony with a lovely view to a small river and a palm garden. The furniture was brand new and everything was very comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and has a beautiful pool where you could spent the whole day with a cocktail or fresh juices. The staff was incredible nice. We are spending a lot of time in hotels all over the world and not even in the most five star hotels you get treated like this. They even remembered our names and tried to make our stay superb. The hotel is a little bit outside hoi an but that makes it even better because it is really calm and relaxing. They offer 3 times a day a free shuttle to hoi an or you can borrow a bike for free it's just a 15 min ride away. Breakfast was a really good and there was everything you need to have a good start in the day. The only negative thing is the food is a little bit expensive for what you get. I would recommend to make the portions bigger (especially for the pool restaurant) so that the price is justified. If we could have stayed longer we would have. But unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and we had to get our flight in Hanoi. It was a pleasure to stay there and we can definitely recommend this beautiful hotel with its great staff. Thank you again that we had such a great time.

Super cozy place”

We stayed 3 nights at hoian eco lodge and it was full of comforts. We arrived at eco lodge about 12:00pm, which was much earlier than the original check-in time, but the staff helped us to use the room promptly, and even she gave us free room upgrade! The whole thing including fantastic pool and super kind staffs made our trip more enjoyable. Although it was pre-opening priods, everything was well organized. The only demerit is the distance from ancient town(it takes about 10mins by car and 20mins by bike), but that wouldn’t be a problem cuz they have shuttle service to ancient town as well as you can rent a bike for free. We highly recommend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

Good Resort in Hoian, Eco”

I stayed at Hoi an eco lodge for 1 night. The pool area is quite and relaxing. The buffer breakfast was amazing, with so much choice. The staff are alway attentive and helpful. I will be back in next time.

Best mini resort in VietNam, Hoi an EcoLodge and Spa”

We stayed here in deluxe room on second floor with pool view. It’s so very nice and clean. The swimming pool very pleasant. From the hotel to center it take you 10 minutes by bus, and the hotel provide the shuttle bus free for you, so very easy to go. The spa is wonderful and very relaxing. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hoi an.

Wonderful area, perfect atmosphere. Although a bit further out of town. The free shuttle bus make it easy to go to ancient town and the beach. Free bicycle as well. Good breakfast, beautiful decoration, the room was clean, comfortable and big. Staff was also really nice and helpful. Everything at Eco lodge was fantastic, recommend people to stay here.

Super-friendly staff who make you feel truly welcome”

We stayed for 1 night at NYE and despite the very bad & cold weather, the warm smiles of the staff brightened up our stay. Club room was lovely with an outdoor bathtub, super-comfortable beds and a patio overlooking the pool. 2 comments are that for a property labelled as a "Lodge & Spa", they need to expand the Spa services list from the current 4 or 5 types of massage (I would expect a packed-menu of services in a Spa resort). This was the reason I only gave 'satisfactory' for "Location" as a "resort-retreat" location such as this should have absolutely everything a guest needs, meaning they never need to leave the property.

Good hotel”

Our experience at Hoian Eco lodge was excellent, the staff were amazing and always offered great recommendations. The resort is located far away from the busy ancient town but you can take the shuttle bus at the resort for free. The view from the room also make fell as our home with pool view, so cool, will definitely visting again.

Lovely hotel, terrific staff and quiet, green surroundings”

We had a lovely stay and loved the large, palm-filled garden, the room which was tastefully furnished and impeccably clean, the breakfast with plenty of tasty Western and Asian choices, and staff who were friendly and helpful. Although a 10-minute taxi ride from the historical center, we have enjoyed the quiet, green surroundings and took advantage of the free bicycles provided by the hotel to explore both Hoi An and the villages dotted on the way to the beach.

Amazing stay at Ecolodge”

We stayed 3 nights at Ecolodge hotel and it was a phenomenal experience. The place is new, quiet and beautiful, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, breakfast was delicious. Hung and Ms. Mai went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was incredible; and it was!! The only suggestion I’d make is to offer more times for shuttles to downtown Hoi An. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I’d recommend it 100%!

I already miss the place!!”

I've just gotten home from Hoi an but I already miss the place. Especially the resort we stayed was super amazing! Cozy, tropical vibe,beautiful..... All of the staff are so nice and friendly. They are always considered what we need. Usually I dont have breakfast at a hotel because I want to have more local foods. But i had breakfast every day in here. There are American style and Vietnam style so I can choose it. And it was soooooo good!!!!!! If my friends look for a resort I would insist it!

We are really enjoined our stay at Hoi An EcoLodge. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. Location is perfect, peaceful. The hotel has free shuttle bus to old town and An Bang beach. That would be great. I certainlty would stay there again.

Memorable stay at Hoi an Eco lodge”

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room is comfortable. The pool is not big but it clean and safe. It far from center Hoi An, but we can borrow the bike for free and it's very convenient to get to the old Town. The food is great as well as the service, I will come back here again
