I stayed here for two days and had some problem. But whenever i had problem, host came to me to solve it. And host’s answer was very fast. I had to stay one more day and host gave me extra room with reasonable price. Nice swimming pool, Fantasticw view, Gorgeous Tower81 which can be seen wherever you are in hochimin, Underground Shopping mall, Clean room and street.

Only booked this room as we had a late flight and wanted to sore luggage and be central- and somewhere with a pool... the hotel provided great discount vouchers and a clean functional small room without a window for minimal cost. The pool was not functional as it was down the road and serves as a Centre peace in the middle of a restaurant. Loved the location though.

We booked and paid for a non-refundable 2br with swimming pool a couple weeks in advanced. At check-in, unable to contact host from phone number listed in confirmation email from Agoda. Contacted Agoda and was told owner didn’t agreed on rate. It took Agoda and owner sometime to work things out and we waited almost an hour to be checked-in. Pros: Kevin, our host responds to calls and texts quickly. Cons: They put us in a different building, different 2br and no access to pool.

Worst bed I have ever slept in. ”
We booked a non refundable apartment for 3 days, left it after 2 nights. Unclean kitchen and bathroom. Bed, even smallest movement made the bed squeak and so uncomfy. To get pool access you had to photocopy the passport and then give them your fingerprint. Still didn’t work to access it when we left the area. For the price/night, definitely not worth it.

The area is great. New and lots of greenery. The property itself was dirty, not cleaned well at all and housekeeping standards were the worst I’ve experienced. The kitchen is covered in a film of grease, pool access is a mission to get and beds weren’t made daily

Not value for my money because when we arrived apartment wasn’t ready for us : the old towels still there and hand wash still in bathroom. The pool is not convenient for us we have to wait for ages for the staff to signed us in. Also the shoes carbbinet full of shoes and sting. Staff not friendly and the people there very miserable. They’re not professional and very bad manner for customer service. Very disappointed we never comeback here again.

Luxury and comfort at affordable rate”
My maiden trip to HCM with 6 besties for a couple of nights. Was researching meticulously for the right accommodation and we chose this place despite the lack in reviews because of the pictures that were shown and its strategic location. Upon arriving at the place, we were greeted by the friendly assistant of the hostess, Rita. She was very friendly and spoke good English, recommending us places to visit or to eat. Btw, this is a Grab friendly town and you will not have issue with transportation as long as you have a Grab app and SIM card (free wireless Wifi is given only in the apartment). The place was very much to our liking with daily housekeeping and change of towels. Comfortable bed/pillow and there is even a flat screen TV in each room! We met up with the very hospitable, courteous and friendly hostess, Ruby who showed us around and explain to us places of interest in HCM as well. Since our flights were at 10pm at night, Ruby was nice enough to allow us to place our luggages at one of her other units which was not booked for the day FOC. We were glad with her kind gesture. All in all, a great place to stay in within 10-15 minutes radius from the main streets of District 1 where you will get all the entertainment/places of interest.

Staff were very responsive. Excellent customer service. I enjoyed my stay. Washing machine was installed 2 days after I mentioned it when I was ask for feed back. Decent price for a 1 bedroom apartment. I preferred this over a hotel. I will stay again when next in HCMC

We choose this apartment because we are group of 6. This apartment has 3 bedroom and 2 washroom. It's brand new and well facilitated. The owner Ruby is very very nice. It is about 10 mins driven to downtown area. The best thing about this apartment is the kids garden. We had a great time there. Definitely recommend to my friends.

it was great, however should be clear parking fee in quote price. Should equip more air conditioner remote. There are many buildings but have no guiding board, it is very hard to find building we had to ask many times road to building location.
