We enjoyed our stay”

It was a short stay actually. We went to Ho Chi Minh to drop off my sister to the airport Since her flight is around 1am, we decided to head to the city early and walk around. Staff are very friendly. They helped us with what to tell the taxi driver to be able to go to the Notre Dame Cathedral. The airport drop off is also fair and not to expensive like what other hotels will charge you. Room is small but nice. The room we were supposed to stay in is not yet cleaned so they moved us to a bit bigger room than the one I booked. Only problem is the breakfast, they just bought it in a nearby restaurant.

The helpful staffs were very friendly and provides assistance as much as they can. They speak a good English.The location is awesome. It's convenient to get to many attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.

Hotel was modern - Clean - attantive staff”

The room was small but modern, clean and "uptodate" and gives a solid impression. What I missed thow was CNN or BBC and financial TV-channels s.a. CNBC and/or Bloomberg. The location is very good, just went of the bus from Phnom Penh and hotel just on the other side of the street. The hotel 2-star but better and fresher than many 3-star. No breakfast in hotel, but plenty to choose from just outside.

Premium location in pham ngu lao district”

The hotel is located on the main street of pham ngulao, backpacker district. The room is a bit too small, but for budget hotel is still acceptable. You can find many restaurant and travel agent near the hotel.

Clean but small room”

The hotel has a variety of rooms from budget to a little more expensive. We booked the cheapest room, but is was so small we decided to pay a little more for a bigger room. The bigger room was fine; nice bed, tv, closet, refrigirator, but still very small. The bathroom is small aswell, it's clean though and has a hot shower. The location of the hotel is very good and the staff is keen to help. Be aware of scams, especially with taxi's.

Good for budget travelers ”

Just next to the main action of the city nightlife, Central Market, the airport bus no. 109 from Airport takes you comfortably and in just 20000VND per person to most prime location in that area. The hotel is just a minute walk from the last stop . The hotel has most of the facilities....water bottles, toiletries, towels, fridge, free coffee in lounge, elevator. Some staffs are helpful. Cleanliness can be improved. Hotel should check on housekeeping doing their job properly. Cockroaches were seen on 2 occasions coming through bathroom. Some standard single room doesn’t have window.

Cheap hotel in a good location”

Cheap hotel that was pretty clean. Right next to the district 1 craziness, about a 3 minute walk. Staff was friendly enough. I'd stay again.

Central location for eating, drinking & booking”

Good check in and out. No problems. Cheap hotel that has good standard of room. Not big but they have made the rooms nice. Cheap price and good value for money. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the stairs as you can hear activity from there if beside the stairs

Good value great location”

Overall good value in a great location, would stay there again and would recommend to others. Staff didn't speak English, but that's not a big deal. No cooler/min-fridge in room, bathroom shower drain stopped up, turning bathroom into swimming pool, but they resolved it to a large degree.

Comfortable. Neat. Staff was accommodating and very nice, but not very proficient in other languages (this isn't a big deal for us but a good thing for others to know). We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Friendly staff, located near central of the city, ”

If you're travelling in groups, this hotel provide a quite big room that could accommodate numbers of people. There's no window in our room, but it's not a big deal. The staffs are friendly and they could speak English quite well. Tour arrangements, or transport is available at the receptionist. If you're travelling with bus, this hotel is near to the bus stop.

facility and location are nice”

At first, thinking about price, hotel facilities were clean. A room was clean so I liked it. And also hotel location was good, I could find it somewhat easily by taxi from airport and it was near from famous streets like Bui Vien and De Tham. But I was only disappointed for breakfast. It was delicious but there was no restraunt in this hotel. So I had to eat it at the robby and wait for meal for about 10minutes before it serving.

A short walk to the Mekong Express office/buses”

It was not difficult locating the hotel, especially for first-timers in the Pham Ngu Lao area. We picked this hotel because it was close to the buses of Mekong Express that would take us to Siem Reap. Our room's Internet was fast, and so was the building's elevator. Despite just a short stay, our experience was adequate for our needs. Lots of good local restaurants in the area. It was definitely a good alternative to hostels/guesthouses cramped inside narrow alleys on the same street.

Very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is very good value for money and we ended up staying an extra 4 nights because we loved it so much.

convenient location to bui vien st”

good:spacious room, large bathroom, plenty of counter top space, room had small window letting in natural light, but no view. friendly staff. location is one block from bui vien st, or 10 min walk to ben thanh market. bad: internet connection very unreliable/most of the time not working. had to go to local cafe whenever i had to do work online- super frustrating.. smoke alarm in room: two red lights continually flashing. very annoying at night. i asked reception about this but they said its just the alarm that cannot be turned off. overall hotel is ok but would not stay here again. there are so many hotels in d1, its easy to find something better.

Really enjoyed my stay here as staff and the manager were very helpful and friendly. The room was sufficient for what I paid, the hotel was clean and the location great for easy access to tours, shopping, the war museum etc. Thank You Vaan!!

BASIC room, good for price, nice staff”

Very basic room, unfinished and walls untidy/ dirty. Bed not very comfortable but you get what you pay for in some respects. WiFi intermittent. Would only stay for 1-2 nights. Bath coming away from the wall. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Central location for shops & restaurants.
