Lovely, couldn't have ask for more”

What do you say ... I'm Aussies with Vietnamese background but the staff treated you as equal, can't ask for more ... They were really friendly and were always at hand to meet your request, ask and it shall be done... No questions asked !!! That's what you want... I travelled with family and when our relatives from VN wanted to spend time with us, we asked if they would accommodate this... No worries and how many rooms would you like sir ??? what do you say to that excellent !!! Will definitely stay here again if I'm back this way !!! Haven't tried any other place in Rach Gia ( Kieng Giang ) but found my place will always book my accommodation here ... The food is excellent as well, if you get the chance to try to restaurant food... Just as good as local but mind you don't hold back and explore to local cuisine beautiful !!! Excellent region to visit

Viet Nam discovery”

My first visit to Rach Gia was made memorable with a stay at the Hoa Binh Resort...The price for the Resort was head and shoulders below what I expected to pay. The location, facilities and setting was head and shoulders above anything else in the Mekong. My family were as impressed as I was.....I WILL RETURN !!!

amazing stay with amazing staff and facilities”

We really had a wonderfull 5 days at the resort and both reception, gardeners, cleaners were all so kind and friendly. Great breakfast with both vietnameese and "western" food. Nice and always clean facilities (rooms, swimmingpool, restaurent). They spoke very well english. If I/we should ever visit Rach Gia again we will definitely stay there!! Thank you :)

Best accommodations in Rach Gia”

For an American Traveler, accommodations here will resemble an older 2.5-3 star but clean hotel. This is definitely among the nicest and cleanest spaces in Rach Gia though. Rooms are indeed clean, comfortable with adequate (not powerful, but adequate) air conditioning. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet has a limited selection but very nice traditional Vietnamese foods. Location is convenient to much of Rach Gia.

Excellent”

Stayed at this hotel about a dozen times. Best hotel in Rach Gia IMO. Better location that Saigon Rach Gia Hotel. There's a new Vincom mall right across the street. Also there a street with many great cafe shops and restaurants near by.

Nice resort centrally located”

We stayed in nice resort which is centrally located and we assume that is one of the best what Rach Gia has to offer. For that what they are rated and for the price we got it is definerely a great bargain. Even though this is a four star hotel lacks certain services that it should have (spa, gym, significantly better choice of breakfast dishes). But definitely you should have dinner at their restaurant.

Nice pool and breakfast ”

My boyfriend and I were in Rach Gia for a wedding. We really liked the staff, especially the reception - very friendly and helpful - even the kitchen who spoke little English. The room was spacious and tastefully arranged, with lots of furniture and a comfy bed. I didn't get a chance to jump into the pool, but it looked large and clean enough.

Great hotel in country town”

I have been in Rach Gia a few times and never find a comfortable hotel in this country town and finally found this hotel. It has clean and comfortable room, helpful staff and close to local restaurants and nightlife.

We've stayed there only for 2 days, but good enough to rate this hotel 4 stars as it is. The buffet is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to those who want to have good time in Rach Gia.

Best hotel in Rach Gia”

We had a lovely time in Rach Gia. It felt like we were the only ones in the resort. Spent a couple of hours each afternoon in the pool with no one else around. Staff were very helpful. Definitely going to stay here again when we are next in Rach Gia.

The hotel has a good location.It's near to vincom.The room is clean.The staff is kindly.He helped us for calling taxi to the airport at 5:30am.I regretted to taste breakfast.Its a good choice during staying in rach gia.I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

best located in Rach Gia but service and bfast poor”

hotel location is one the best in Rach Gia however poor service, sign of aging and lack of maintenance for rooms have let this hotel down. They need to improve these two main issues to qualify as four star rating. i stayed in one of deluxe double. There was leak from toilet water tap. I reported 3 times to reception but no fixes at the end. Almost no proper cust attention to guests for breakfast. I am not really sure how they got 4 star rating from. i stayed in Saigon and Hue 2-3 star and got much better service than this one.

Convenience for Phu Quoc ferry with a nice pool”

Breakfasts are cooked to order rather than the buffet everywhere else and were very good. Reception said that this is becuase the hotel is very new (early 2013) and doesn't have enough guests to make a buffet cost effective so this may change soon. We would use this hotel for the ferry if we came this way again, we arrived late and left early so we could be wrong, but their didn't seem very much to do nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. To be honest we only rated Rach Gis for sightseeing because the Agoda website makes you choose something. It looked pleasant enough but with so many other wonderful places in Vietnam, don't spend time here unless you need to.

to long its a overnight hotel on way to islands”

we went to look at rach gia, you can see it in 2 days good stop over to islands. the rooms are nice but only has solar hot water no sun no hot water. Buffet breakfast only on weekends. we followed the coast to cambodia next stop Hai tien

The best place to stay in Rach Gia, but who cares?”

Hoa Binh is probably the best place to stay in Rach Gia but it is kind of irrelevant since there is nothing to do in Rach Gia and no other competition. If you are passing through, this is the place to stay however be prepared for 2 star quality and no frills. Anyone expecting 4 star service will be sorely disappointed.

Place to stay”

Ok place but breakfast was not much to talk about. 1 of 4 days we had buffet. It was a little better than the poor menu we got the other days. Restaurant we did not try even i wanted but ..if you want to sell something,show and tell the customer. im not sold of big nice facade. This is maybe the thing in asia or maybe just rach gia?

Beautiful Place”

We only stayed one night before catching the ferry to Phu Quoc and we had a great experience. We had an ocean side room with a balcony and the view of the sunset over the water was amazing! The resort is very well-maintained and beautiful. The breakfast offered a great variety, including amazing banh xeo. The pool looked nice, although we didn't have time to swim in it. The staff was lovely and very kind and helpful. Bathrooms are very nice and beds were very comfortable with super soft sheets. Overall, we were very impressed and I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers!
