Beautiful Hotel”
Location is quiet and far from uptown but easy drive to scenic spots. The suite we booked is nice and clean. There's limited majestic views of the beautiful mountains from the room but good views from the parking lot. Fireplaces outdoors made the evening hanging out a very enjoyable experience. Because of Covid19, staff are understandably (seemingly) anxious but remains efficient and friendly. Front desk personnel are wearing masks and hand sanitizers are readily available. I appreciate the efforts to be safe despite being open for clients. The tourist areas are dangerous in a way because most people are not wearing masks and are not observing social distancing. Hence, it felt safer once we got to the hotel. Coffee shop in the hotel offers a limited Starbucks drink menu but good enough to satisfy cravings. Barista Christine was very friendly and efficient. Hotel is pet friendly yet very clean. Housekeeping is friendly and quick too. Overall, the experience was very positive.

Great hotel in good position let down by some minor details considering the price. Room was a ssuite with a small kitchen and table to eat at but no cutlery. Also on checking our receipt for the stay we found out we had been charged $12 for the coffee bags provided in the room which we took to be free.

Check in was abrupt and no information or help was given. The room was nice but was lacking basic amenities (no water, toothpaste, etc.). The bar and lounge was great though! Nice servers and good cocktails.

Not a Spa Resort”
We stayed 2 nights at Hilton Bell Rock Sedona. The One bed King suite accommodation was of good quality and clean. However, the suites kitchen had no plates, cups or silverware which seemed strange - not sure if they were just assuming guests would bring their own or use the dreaded single use plastic everyday. Staff here are courteous and work hard. Like a lot of hospitality at the moment they seemed understaffed, especially in the main restaurant and bar. The resort was busy and the wait for drinks and food service was long. There is only one evening eating option at the ‘resort’. This was a 2 day relaxation trip for us after a 10 day road trip through AZ and we were looking forward to some downtime in a quality resort, especially having paid over $700 a night (no food). Unfortunately despite the quality of the room this did not feel like an indulgent spa resort. The spa just felt like a separate adults lap pool and gym. You could not get drinks or food of any type at the spa pool, not even iced water. You had to walk back to the main hotel cascades pool bar (next to the kids play pool) and order drinks and food there, and then walk back with it to the adults pool at the spa. No bathrobe’s in the room, treatments extremely expensive and steam, sauna rooms all only accessed in the respective Ladies/Mens changing rooms- so not couple Friendly. Overall, I would say this is a family holiday hotel with limited spa facilities. I know it’s located in beautiful Sedona but it just felt overpriced to us for what you are getting - we will not return.

February Trip at Hilton Bell Rock”
We had a wonderful time at the Hilton at Bell Rock. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area and access to the Spa. Parking was easy to manage and grounds were kept up nicely. The bar and restaurant were nice to have on location as well as the Starbucks coffee every morning.

It was okay….”
But not really worth the money. Room was very small and the king bed sank in the middle. We had to ask 3x for the sofa bed to be set up for the night. We had breakfast included in the package but had to remind the front desk at check out time. We paid for a red rock view that was only seen when going out on the balcony and looking to the right. Way overpriced. I’d stay somewhere else next time. Just wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. One thing I will say is that it was clean.
