Even though there is long waiting line only 1 staff is available. Therefore customers have to waiting long time for check in& out. Also payment system is terrible so that you need to check all the details in invoice.

24hr staff was very rude. Housekeeping came to my door 3 times , once before 8am! They were trying to push me to check out early! 😡

“Free shuttle from airport” never showed up ”

My friends and I (3 girls) arrived at the airport at 10pm. I called the hotel as soon as we got to baggage claim to ask how we request a shuttle. A lady answered the phone and told me I need to call back when we got our luggage, completely understandable. When we got our luggage, I called back around 10:25pm and got put on hold for 4 1/2 minutes. When the lady returned to the phone she said to stay outside of terminal 4 and the bus with blue flowers would be on it. She did not ask my name or for my phone number. We waited outside for 15 minutes, at this point it is about 10:45pm and 3 girls standing outside by themselves. I called back, again, it was around a 3 minute hold and a gentleman answered and informed me the bus hasn’t shown up yet because it was a shift changed and he’d be there in a little. Now, 11:15pm and every other hotel bus has showed up but ours. I called back and was told it was a shift change and the driver would be there soon. I waited until 11:30pm to call back one more time where the phone rang for about 2 minutes and I hung up. We ended up ordering an Uber to the hotel in which we arrived 12:10am. I spoke to the front desk informing him what we had just gone through and how it was a bit unfair. He proceeded to tell me it’s not his fault, he wasn’t there, and that’s about it. We never got an apology or anything. We felt it was extremely unprofessional how it was handled let alone not a single ounce of care for 3 younger girls by themselves at the airport for almost an hr 1/2. The reason we choose this hotel was because of the free shuttle knowing we landed late at night.
