Over priced and dirty”

Hilton hotels should be ashamed of this establishment. Over priced!! The room was dirty, even after house keeping had been in. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper almost every day!! Staff were the rudest I have ever encountered in a hotel. We were charged a rate well over what was printed on my Agoda booking and we are still trying to recover the over charge. Upon calling the hotel to find out why it’s tsking so long I was put on the the Hotel desk manager Jose, he at first said he had “no record” of our stay! We had checked out the previous day mind you. The finally found the details to our stay and rather than find out what the hold up was with the return of our money he hung up on me twice and transferred my following 2 phone calls to a voicemail. We have to date a week later have been charge 2 secure deposits, one on each of our credit cards and $1500 overpaid on the Agoda stay price. I have lodged a complaint with bank as a fraudulent transaction. Definitely do not recommend

This hotel charges top dollar and is a disappointment. It is in dire need of upgrading, things appear dirty and old. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

For the size of the room and the amenities, $500 per night was not worth the stay. In addition to the fact that I had to switch rooms upon check in because the room we were assigned to had not been cleaned properly.

Great staffs. The facility is lot smaller than other buildings near but very cozy. All staffs are very friendly. Well managed. I will go back to this place.

Great location customer service was bad guest desk was very rude carpet stained was charged for sitting under umbrella at beach after being told our chairs on the beach were complimentary never told us about being charged for chairs with umbrellas prices were extremely high for food and drinks at the bar had to call twice for towels took two hours to get them.

During a weeks stay, and no housekeeping, I waited 3 times during my stay over 2 hours for towels! Called front desk in each time,2 or 3 times and no one showed up! Had to go get them myself from housekeeping. Do not stay at this hotel . UNACCEPTABLE !You can get better service from a Super 8! You can at least get towels when you need them there...

Picture seen on the website was not at all in person. The first room that was given to us. The carpet was dirty, the bed was slanted and separated from the headboard. My boyfriend had to go back to the front desk to ask for another room. The lady was very nice and apologized. We were able to get another room slightly better than the first one. Plus. There was another $100.00 deposit that we had no knowledge of and $45.00 for valet. SMH

Por el tema del coronavirus el hotel decidió no hacer el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones. Después de 2 días en esta situación, ante nuestro reclamo, conseguimos que nos dieran toallas limpias y algunos insumos indispensables para el baño. Fue decepcionante que un hotel de esa categoría no haya pensado en suministrarnos lo necesario antes que lo tuviéramos que reclamar. Además, tendrían que haber contemplado esto en el cobro de la tarifa, ya que no recibimos una parte muy importante del valor que pagamos. No tuvimos ninguna form,a de limpiar aunque sea el baño en los 5 días que estuvimos alojados.
