The villa is not what I expected when I booked because the booking was done based on the pictures shown.The location was beautiful but the signage for the place was not placed properly..we got lost several times in the dark during the finding of this place..the water heater was not functioning properly and the shower head detached while I was bathing..rooms have such thin walls between them that we can hear what we speak through the walls.no privacy..they should consider improving on this points.

GOOD EXPERIENCES”

It was very easy to check in. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the view is not so great. We can't see the Kinabalu mountain from this place. But overall, it is a good experiences.
