The location of the hotel is very strategic. It is at the center of Cameron Highland. It is surrounded with whole lot of restaurants, shops and a lot more. You can even walk to these places. They have their own restaurant located downstairs which you can place an order and request them to be delivered to your room as well.

Options to be considered”

Traveling to Cameron for the first time. Near to a decent shopping mall, but a little bit far from Brinchang where all the tourist attractions located, but if you want to experience highland coldness in the night and early morning, you can choose to stay in Tanah Rata. A lot of decent shops too. Facilities wise decent enough for its tag price. Hot shower working, have a water purifier on every level.

In the middle of Tanah Rata, good and clean hotel, good restaurant below for breakfest, lunch and diner and wonderful people at the Highlanders

Good Choice for Family vacation”

the location at Tanah Rata, easy to find food and not so crowded area. A big house appartment with 3 bedroom and 3 toilets. Very convinient to stay for whole family. The small shop selling items like t-shirt and Cameron tag also cheap compared to other area...Thanks

I stay one night here. It is at the town centre of Tanah Rata. A lot of eatery nearby. Parking is convenient.

It was a great stay at this hotel. The staffs are very friendly, the room is very clean and it is very strategic place. Hawker food and restaurants nearby just a walking distance. Just one suggestion, Hotel should put up a clear signage so that people can see this hotel name clearly from the outside of the road.

to stay at a cold breezy place such as Cameron, with no water heater for shower in the morning really ruin our morning and the water was super cold. this is quite important for many. however the location is good, so many foodplaces and even just walking distance to Starbucks whenever nic coffee needed.

Value for money”

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the best part is we find the hotel room exactly same as it was shown in the picture, most of the time reality is very different from the pictures shown on agoda.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms very clean. Staff were amazing, we accidentally left our iphone in the room after checking out and they walked all the way to the bus station to return it before we left! would definitely recommend.

My 2 nights stay overall is so so. I got 3rd floor(highest) very tired each time to reach room. Parking was depends on your luck. Very busy2 place here at tanah rata. Price not a good deal if compare the facilities hotel provided.

The hotel lobby on the first floor. No lift provided, but it was ok for young age. Maybe have a problem when carrying a lot of stuff. The room was clean, the staff are friendly. Love to see the fish in their aquarium...

Good, clean, strategic location with steamboat located directly below the hotel. Starbucks nearby, lots of food stall but not really near the strawberry farm. Friendly staff.

Good location with basic room”

Good location in tanah rata, surrounded with eateries around. The hotel is a bit difficult to find as it didn't show correctly in map from agoda, car park is quite limited especially at night. The hotel room is very basic, towels is provided during check in, drinking water (hot) can be refill at 2nd floor. Overall still satisfied except their bathroom, our room on 3rd floor (the highest floor) the water pressure from shower head is too small. When the water is too little, water temperature goes up and it burns ur skin. We asked for room exchange but the staff said all the rooms has already fully booked, so no choice. Hope that they can fix it really soon.

Very close to busy restaurant and bar area.. Not unbearable with window closed for noise of downstairs.. If your a very light sleeper or like going to bed early this may not be for you.. If you like eating amazing food and enjoying a drink until say 1030 or so before finding your way up.. Than this is perfect. Far enough away from main area to get good sleep.. Great staff and very clean room on arrival

Very clean and welcoming”

We notified the hotel that we will be arriving between 3 and 4. Yet our plans changed and we arrived just after 12. They were very flexible and found us a clean room and we were in a room immediately.
